A good ambience ... reception was cool one, including the arrangements.. hospitality of employees was cool too.. regarding food, I wud give 5star for the meal, rice avial thoran pachadi rather a Lil bit lesser rating for fried rice n it's side dishes....

Humble request to all those who are planning any event at contour backwaters hotels and resorts, please don't fall into the trap of the scenic view of this property,they are the most unprofessional people....there manager,chef and staff all of them lack there skills of hospitality industry....I would like to share to instance of my experiences with them. 1) we planned abirthday party of our cousin.....it was ruined by there chef and the support staff.....the food quality was horrible and support staff are mostly non keralites So they don't no Malayalam or English....it becomes very troublesome to communicate with them. We informed the matter to the manager and he assured us that the problem will be sorted out and next tym the problem will not be repeated. 2)By going as per words of the manager we again planned one very important once in life event at the same place...........So as the saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. We were once fooled by....this tym by the chef....Mr Bobby George.... Made our biggest mistake to bet again on this hotel.....the food prepared by him was crap.....all our relatives laughed on us .....will never forget this.

Average conference hall. Good bar with dinning out in garden ambiance. Lots of area for parking vehicles. Good sound system.

The best place to conduct functions in Changanacherry, provides great ambiance as it is away from the town. Halls of different sizes and seating capacities are available for conducting different functions,lot of parking space is also available

Tucked in to a huge space on the changanaserry - Alapuzha highway, it's a real big property with great seating capacity,. It has two separate places with ample parking and parking guides. I would have rated it five but for the following major flaws:- 1. Poor signages and route markings into and out of parking. It could have been chaotic but guests managed to disentangle themselves. 2. Marking of toilets - just couldn't see any. 3. The power kept tripping to the rear part of the hall. 4. The air-conditioned was effective during most of the function but it seemed to have been switched off towards the end. That was pretty "penny wise pound foolish". Catering issues NOT discussed For such an amaing and valuable property I am sure the owners will do the needful. I will LOVE TO HOST MY FUNCTION THERE.

Beautiful place with ample parking space. Clean premises. Good for functions
