The staff's lack of care was evident throughout our experience. When my friend broke their leg, a staff member actually recommended seeking treatment at a private hospital. The hospital charged Rs17/- for a slip and Rs150/- for the doctor's fees (for emergency services). Shockingly, it took them around 6-7 hours to complete the X-ray, doctor's checkup, and apply a basic plaster. Given this experience, I strongly advise against ever considering a visit to this hospital.

One of the careless staff is here No one is in help desk or nr help desk emergency main hall from the 1 1/2 hours, When we are asking where is the staff no one know , Everyone leaves their duty and tries to run here and there. And this is happening in around 1:30am to 2:41 Washroom is smells bad to mutch,

I visited here in dun hospital my personal view regarding the dr. Manoj biswas Ms. General surgery DNB urology associate professor department of urology government doon medical College dehradun. Dr. Biswas have done my right kidney stones surgery successfully by laser he is very polite person and junior dr. Also so nice but only problem is the ground staff are very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Given instructions to ward staff that this patient need to be discharged by today and the time was 10 am once Dr. Left the ground staff seems like they don't care about the value of time I keep on following with the staff about my discharge status the staff from the ward was saying that they don't know how long will take even dr. Have give given the instructions. When my family members get angry because the time 7pm already and than they come to the action once we ask them to call the dr. Regarding the same. So my point is that if they will discharge patient after 8 where that patient will go that time because we are living in that places where hardly u will get the transportation. Govt. I would like to request humbly to the government of Uttarakhand to survey and investigate the hospital once in two months to ensure the cleanliness and working staff there. The maternity room is so dirty that it is difficult to even visit. The new born babies need the utmost cleanliness. I am very disgusted with the hospital's atmosphere.

very bad no one to listen my 10 yr child is sufering from dengue and typhoid i told him to admit they said we cant till platelates came near 10000 or 15000 or if blood came. they means i wait till that position rubish stafff rubish hospital...

Mrs. Shilpi Rani, audio metric technician is so unprofessional. We handed out OPD registration slip to her at 12:33 pm and there was just one patient before us. But it's 1:30 pm and we are still waiting for our turn as she is busy gossiping with some known of hers,sitting inside the audiometry room. She is least concerned about the patients or their time. All that matters to her is her known/relative/ friend,what so ever.

All the staff here do not look at the patients properly. And no one comes on time. And here there is always a server problem, no one allows the bill to be deducted. The patient is screaming in pain, he is in a lot of pain, no one comes to see him.
