I had mixed reviews but in my case I was admited there for approx a week due to my accident. The facilities were really good doctors visit about 2-3 times a day. Cleanliness, hygiene was on point. Nurse sister took care of me but other sisters were bit mean. They sometimes ignore and don't do there work properly my mom has to ask them again and again about reports. Sisters and nurse literally behave badly they only used to lie and don't listen to patients. Doctors were very cooperative and try all best ways to their treat patients. Hospital also provide timely food to patients with some minimal amount of money (food suggested by doctors), medicines etc. one the biggest railway hospital it has all facilities from testing labs, x ray department, sonography, ct scan, mri to canteen etc. huge number of doctors and staff available.

Good hospital in doctor very helpful, he treat with patient very carefully, but hospital staff average there also, canteen not economically for middle guys ,another B gavande chouk hotel chapati line hotel are not clean & tiny in much costly rate, than that you go in nayar hospital canteen it much reliable economically best for pocket like (veg thali in 60/-) in all menu with sweet item , with animietis

This is located in mumbai central and is one of the hospitals that are alloted to railways staff for their free medical checkups and treatment. During covid, free vaccines were available here for railways staff and their families. Good facility is provided but there's always rush available. You will have to wait too long for your turn. There's also a pre procedure which you will have to follow for case paper. Overall service is good. But minimum 4-5 hours will be invested for small checkup.

Best Hospital for All railway employee...they maintain good cleanliness & ambience is good ...all staff are very cooperative n supportive...for central & western side ppl its only main hospital in mumbai central near Maratha Mandir.. Any treatment for railway employees is free of cost just they need to take case paper...earlier all equipment & hospital beds even ambience is old but now they did new construction with new equipment... Service is fast & they operate every patient ...if it is emergency then they operate immediately... For admitted patient they give best food & quality also good...all doctors & staff are good

We have been experiencing pathetic service in this hospital from one of the spine doctor name Yogesh. Its been about a month I have admitted my mother in this hospital for spine surgery, when the doctor first saw the MRI he showed seriousness and suggested to get this operation asap or there are chances of getting paralysis, but there has been continuously delay from this doctor by giving silly reasons, once he mentioned (kya taklif hai aaram Karo in hospital) this was the statement, he gave the operation dates for 4 times and cancelled it, once he cancelled the operation after entering into the operation theater and again postponed the operation and he went on leave still dussehra. This doctor really do not care about the seriousness of patience this doctor should be expelled and his supporting nurse from the hospital. Now after waiting for 4 weeks we have to take my mom to home without getting operated. My request to hospital admin to remove this doctor or the whol hospital name will be spoiled because of him.

I have dermoist cyst at L3, L4, L5. I have so much pain in backache and right thigh. I came to jrh mumbai central.All JRH team is very helpful and mainly polite, kind hearted. I am operated at jrh by Dr. Yogesh sir and his team.Dermoid cyst press the all my nerves for lumber section. Sir completely remove the cyst successfully at 22 September 2023.Again at25sept. I am admitted at 21sept.2023 to 7 octomber2023. In ICU there is staff very helpful and in ward. Nursing staff do there best and give 100%.My surgery is going to successfully. Now I am completely painfree. Thanks to Dr. Yogesh sir , Dr. Mihika mam, jrh management member and all the jrh team.

Hospital waiting area on 2nd floor just opposite to Room No.216 it's not at all satisfactory so much of heat there are no fans installed at all...patients and their relatives feels so uneasy bec of heat...for such a long time patients have to wait till doctor examine them...pls do needful

My L5 S1 Sergery successfully done by Dr. Yogesh M Sawarkar and his team. Doctor is very nice and very cooperative. Now I am fine.
