Highly recommend this contacare branch for eye examination, the staff was very pleasant and were great towards my family for conducting series of test. The doctor was fantastic and very professionally determined the defect of vision and very patiently consulted with us a special service is that all members including medical assistant were welcoming and pretentious for their patients also receptionist and staff were very accommodating to our needs and in a courteous manner. Thank you all for a great experience, we look forward to her next appointment!

I'm rating it 4 stars due to less parking available for the four wheelers.The service is good .The staff are helpful.When I visited last time the fee for consultation was 550.However ,if are a government employee the fee will be 300. The follow up visits you need to pay 400. If you are getting your family members after your visit they willl be charged 300 per person upto 4 people provided you get a referral card on your first visit.

Facilities are good, doctors are nice and well behaved. But, i felt that fee was little high. The fee was 600. I have travelled throughout the country and in 7 years i have been wearing specs this is the highest i have paid for consultation. Fee should be max to max 350. But,rest assured facilities are good.

Hospital is very nice but have a big que. Though the staffs are very co-ordinating.

Contacare Eye Hospital is one of the best budget friendly and affordable Eye hospital of Ranchi , Writing this review After being a 2 year regular Patient of this Hospital , Staffs and Receptionist are well mannered and behaves very well , Doctors are available all the time, Here i i always get very genuine checkup and transparency is Highly Maintained.

It was a very good experience for me here as my father's right eye surgery was done few days back 'coz of cataract.All the staffs here are good n saw they were treating the old age ppl with gr8 respect n were communicating n clarifying all information regarding the treatment. Would like to thank Bela the staff working here as I admire the way she was communicating with all the customers .

Very good service.... All the staffs are very cooperative... Ambience is also very clean n good.

If you are a patient and you went there with someone they offere too much skim for them or you can say too much approach for eye check up although he or she is not patient and the fee charges is very high Anyway my experience was good and good staff and very polite i strongly recommended this hospital for eye specialist to my friend and family
