No down points at all. Can't fault the hotel right from Door man to reception staff to wait staff and up. Breakfast is really amazing with a huge variety. The Italian by the pool is good too, a little on the pricey side. Could be a bit less in price for pizzas. Location is good, close to Commercial street (10 mins rickshaw ride) John at reception is really friendly and very helpful.

I had the best time at hotel. The hotel's location was perfect. The staff there were so nice and made me feel comfortable. My room was really cozy and had everything I needed. And the food at their restaurant was amazing! I tried so many yummy dishes at the breakfast buffet. too! It was so close to all the cool places I wanted to visit, and I didn't have to walk too far or worry about getting around. The rooms are pretty clean.

My friend had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout their entire visit. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. They loved the comfortable bed and the amenities provided. The hotel's restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The location was convenient, close to many attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and they would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent hotel with large & spacious rooms. I was assigned a room directly overlooking the Ulsoor lake and it looked amazing. There's not much open green space within / around the hotel. But that's okay for short trips. Buffet breakfast is excellent and lunch to was awesome matches the standards of a good five star hotel. Overall a comfortable stay within the hectic business trip....

Amazing stay. Room and facilities were amazing. The breakfast downstairs was great, as well as the rooftop bar. The hotel felt quiet as though nobody was around and this was a lovely comfortable feeling. Location wise; you couldn't get a better spot. It was worth every Penny and the staff were great. Only one thing I would like to point out in my review which I hope the hotel take seriously is the attitude of the waiter who took charge of the roof top bar. tattoos and dark hair. He was rude to us on multiple occasions and whilst I don't think he intended to be, it made us slightly uncomfortable. We were told we could take our drinks from the bar to the rooftop - he would tell us we couldn't. We were guests of the hotel, he saw us every day in the lift. One day he'd accept cash others he wouldn't. He was totally oblivious to guests at times and to be frank, his attitude overall wasn't great in such a beautiful setting. He should consider how this rubs off on guests. I'd really like to highlight this was only one person and it didn't change our experience - more just to raise awareness to the staff. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Attended a seminar here, ambience in the meeting halls and food was great. Usually in other star hotels, the food won't be a focus (people reading this review can relate it well) but Conrad food was good and they were able to handle large crowd well
