It's very good gym. It helped me achieve my targets within a month. Maintenance is good, Trainers are friendly and help desk Aamir sir is the best. Gym has all the ultra modern amenities such as security login and steam bath. Overall it's a nice gym.
I think it's the most well equipped gym in Vadodara. Lots of trainers, lots of machines, a dietician, separate rooms for changing with locker facilities and hard beating music.

One of the best Gym in town with American standard Gym equipment's, with the best amenities, hygiene atmosphere/fresh air and drinking water, positive response from all the staff, free dietitians, injury recovery physiotherapy treatment is insured for free. Special 15 days pre session training from the professional trainers for new members. The best you can avail in Vadodara City in the most posh area of Manjalpur.
After spending almost 2.3 years working out in this gym, i can say with all of my confidence that it was worth the experience.
Its very costly, but worth the money invested.
*Pros:*
- Highly organized place with all the mordern machines and well qualified trainers.
- Hammer strength exclusive gymnassium with high class machines and free weights.
- Seperate free room to perform stretching, warmups, yoga, zumba, CrossFit, calisthenics, etc.
- Like a cherry on the top they also have an exclusively seperate physiotherapy room to deal with injuries, if suffered during/ post workout.
Dedicated physiotherapist/s to help you recover your injuries.. (No charges levied)
- Dedicated Nutritionist to help you with your goals. The first 2 or 3 consultations are free.
- Friendly and approachable staff & trainers.
- Dedicated shower and steam bath rooms.
- Free lockers for members (however to be emptied before you leave for the day)
- biometric login to enter the gym space
- You are provided with towel for steam and shower
- HAPPY HOURS, where you get discounted rate membership.
*Cons:*
- Very expensive. For students yearly membership is 16500/-, while for non-students and adults it is 18500/-
- Not very much spacious as various machines are installed, but manageable.
- you cannot enter the free room when yoga or zumba sessions are going on
- Heavily crowded during the evening hours. 5-8 pm is like a marketplace.
- mildly restrictive culture, but if i could adjust then I'm sure you will have no problem with that.

Highly recommended gym, if you want to have a lifetime experience. You can expect quality people here and once you enroll here, you'll get addicted to the place and environment.
