Average hotel with big dull rooms. The bathrooms are clean and comes with basic toiletries. Rooms could really need a makeover. In house Restaurant food is average. The hotel has a nice lobby to sit and relax.

I am posting this review after being with them from last 3 years and I must say that the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel Comrade Inn in the heart of Kashmir is amazing. I can't say enough good things about it and delighted to give them a 5 star for their incredible service that they have provided me from last 3 years! Everytime I have arrived, I was welcomed with warm breathtaking hospitality. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel's security measures are top-notch which make me feel secure and safe. They have modern surveillance systems, well-trained security personnel, and secure access to rooms and elevators. I felt safe and protected throughout my stay. Moreover, the staff's attention to safety is commendable. They were proactive in making sure that their guests are safe, and their quick response to any concerns or requests was impressive. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location, located at the centre of the city Srinagar and accessible to all the beautiful tourist spots. Another beautiful dream is to wake up to the sound of chirping birds and peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was exceptional. The restaurant served a delectable array of local and international cuisines, and the presentation was impeccable. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge area, perfect for unwinding with a hot cup of Kahwa tea after a day of exploration. I must mention again that the attentive and courteous staff who made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like a valued guest. In summary, if you're planning a trip to Kashmir and want an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend this hotel. The Comrade INN was very comfortable with courteous and helpful staff and beautiful interiors. The rooms were clean and spacious with all possible amenities provided. The restaurant was good, the staff at the restaurant was extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Manager for his friendly hospitality. The restaurant has a wide range of food varieties and services to cater to the varied requirements of their customers. the staff at this establishment are courteous and prompt at providing any assistance. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this for your next trip to Srinagar.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights and we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hilal and Muneer at reception desk were courteous and were cognizant of our requirements and accordingly gave the rooms with better mountain views. Rooms were clean and spacious and room service was effective and quick. The food served was very delicious and hotel staff were kind and polite while serving the food. The menu used to include variety of items of veg and non veg and taste was good for all the items. Desserts mainly Kashmiri were also served along with main course. There is also a shop in the hotel to buy kashmiri kurtis, shawls and Kashmiri wooden craft items at reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very clean throughout and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Helpful, friendly staff who go above & beyond to make sure you have the best time. Owner is very kind, generous & welcoming.

People are dumb here. They are rude. Even after I got molested 3 times in two days in hotel ashvale Sri nagar and yerbazla in gulmarg here I'm afraid and insulted and they won't send room service if I tell at reception. Asking me to call resturant like they can't. 0 customer satisfaction. Most inhospitable place in Sri nagar

Hotel Comrade Review: While the initial impression of the hotel's hospitality was favorable, our experience took a downturn upon check-in. The only positive aspect was the spacious room. However, numerous issues emerged during our stay, including a broken sofa, malfunctioning AC units, unpleasant odors, and a distressing encounter with a dirty quilt. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude proved to be extremely unsupportive. Her focus seemed solely on extracting money from tourists. Genuine delays were met with a lack of understanding, highlighting their shortcomings in managing customer relations and business operations. My stay at Comrade Inn was notably disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel to others. The enticing photos displayed online contradict the reality experienced on-site.
