Visited CSC for MLC submission. Mr. Hemanth was very helpful and he answered all our queries patiently and he also charged very nominal amount for service rendered.

I had recently used the services of CSC Ramapuram for obtaining Jeevan Praman for my mother who is a pensioner. Mr.Hemanth Kumar who is the owner of this CSC is a thorough gentleman and a professional to the core.Though he charges a very nominal amount for the services provided,he goes beyond the call of his duty while rendering the services. He was very polite,Proactive as well as resourceful and the experience was very pleasant in dealing with him while utilizing his services. Very much helpful for senior citizens, today we approached for my mother life certificate submission. Thanks to hemanth sir, he helped us to get my mothers digital life certificate, where in a difficult situation, tried in e-seva kendras to submit but they said biometric does not recogonize your mother finger prints, later when searching in websites for any other option, saw jeevan pramaan center in ramapuram and approached Hemanth kumar sir. Sir explained well and asked to come for submission, submitted life certificate with iris scan. Thanks for great service to elderly person. Recommend his service.
