What an awesome day, started off early at 4:30am but you also will have time to spend for yourself in the afternoon which is a bonus as well! The gate of heaven is exactly what you would hope, it is truly mesmerizing and the view is spectacular. I've had the pleasure of the same tour guide from the day before, and he has made both excursions exactly what I had hoped they would be. Very fluent English, great photographer, and was able to point out the small details that only someone with deep knowledge of the sites and temples would know. The water temple has a lot of great photo ops as well, especially with the stone pillars you can walk across. Lunch came with a view, and you can eat, drink ( not included ), and take in all the jungle and rice terraces views in the pool. Ngurah is a wonderful guide and has made two of my days here in this property is perfect.

I stayed in room 205, my initial impression was that it was not maintained properly. The room had a mild bad odour. I kept the window open for the whole time i stayed. The bathroom was clean and neat, sanitised before the check in. Hot water was available 24*7, even the washbasin had hot water. They don't have in-built kitchen but arrange food from other restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located and is an absolute delight as far as hospitality is concerned. We stayed for 3N 4days (10Nov to 13Nov, 2022) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay again soon!! The staffs are well mannered and the Manager Mr Nitin and Mr Das were very very helpful and courteous. Would like to mention about Shoaib who did the night duty at the front office. He was excellent. All the best.

We have been pleased to find the dishes very good. We have ordered the bhindi masala which was wonderful tasting (although I would have loved more okra), the chicken tandoori, chicken vindaloo, and a vegetarian dish that I have forgotten the name of. We will definitely be heading there again soon
