Very worst customer service. The apartment incharge dont respect customers and will start shouting at you. I dont recommend to talk to the incharge rather talk to owner directly if possible. Had this experience almost thrice in last two years. Rooms are good.

Wish I could give negative reviews. Haven't stayed here yet but got cheated already. Absolute pathetic management. Not courteous at all. Horrible booking experience and they wouldn't refund the advance amount. Heads up. There are two properties. Make sure you're booking for the right property as they've given wrong contact number.

Awesome hospitality and nice people. The apartment was maintained really well amd all items of daily use such as plates/induction cooker/utensils/soaps were well provided for. What could be better is the that there is no WiFi provision,in which case a personal data card could come in handy.

Actually 4.5 but I can't mark 4.5 here... very decent service Apartments for a family of 4 to 5 members.. Kalai Murthy Watchman was cooperative & never was rude.. clean marble floor & clean beds.. One of the room's regulator is still broken as mentioned by someone in previous comment. I would suggest the owner of this apartment to include some more blankets & bedspreads. Hood hotel nearby is just about a km away.

One of the Worst Experiences ever. I have stayed in a wide range of hotels starting from budget hotels to 5star hotels but never experienced such a pathetic experience. There is on elderly Man in this property claiming to be the in charge and owner of this place, he was quite nagging and pestering. STARTING FROM CHECK IN IT WAS A DISASTER BCOZ OF THIS PERSON. We had booked a two double bedroom apartments. But he said as per his record only one room is available. After showing the printouts and explaining him the details in the booking then he accepted and he was very rude throughout. He was behaving like a hostel warden. He kept asking questions to my parents and to my wife, as if he is a Inspecting Officer of some investigation. Property is okay. It was a total Nightmare.

Good location and ambience. Rooms are neat and tidy. The rooms are equipped with necessary amenities to prepare your own food. People with own vehicle can always prefer this as the hotel is little far from city.

It is supposed to be service apartment, hardly any service. The beds have no bed cover. Towels looked brown. Shower was broken. no food service, have to get everything from outside. No wi-fi. Frequent power cuts. Not cleaned property. A bad experience of one week stay.

This property is just fantastic. It's location is very good & the rooms were amazing. They even provided a parking area as well. I really enjoyed my stay over here.
