I did a spot check in at the hotel on 27/nov/23 and booked at the best rate quoted to me over the counter , after checkin immediately when checked online I noticed that the counter had charged me nearly 30% more than the rate avaliable on their OWN WEBSiTE. And then when I wrote them on this by email till time there is no response to my email. So next time if and when you are checking rates over the counter kindly check online rates also as the counter rates are higher than the online rates.
We had dropped for an early morning breakfast and it was amazing with lot of varieties. And it is very clean and well maintained too. Thank you for the wonderful service.

We had dinner here and the service was excellent but the food was not as per our expectations. Even they didn't serve Gujarati Thali and we were there specially for Gujarati Thali. The location is in the middle of Bhuj City.

I stayed 9th Sep 23 only day time, Room is good except TV not at all working they don't recharge TV DTH package, In Room No. 117 bathroom Exaust fan Noise like Train engine, we Check in and check out same day in the night, we found Poor service and staff behaviour, On Reception Mr Mithun not having knowledge about Trouble free Check out for Guest, He doesn't know GST, because GST claim only possible when u put Guest GST No. in Guest name bill. Hotel is good except Service staff, they need behaviour training to run the hotel.
