Comfort Inn Legacy by One Earth - Hotel in Rajkot - Rajkot, India

The room, food, staff behaviour, everything was good. They just need to do some changes in the room and in one staff member, which I don't want to say especially in public, I have already informed them what needs to be changed. The front office person(Ravi), housekeeping girl and the service person were also very good. So overall it was quite a nice experience to stay there. I hope next time(if it ever happens) the changes will be done and will get again in the perfect environment.

Rooms: no floor mat and floor quality was very poor, tiles are coming out from the surface. Not good. Two star given as bed and AC functioning OK. Service: Nobody there to shift the lagaguges, TV was not working took time to repair it. Also, even after telling, we did not recieved the floor mat. Room lock also not in good condition. No proper response from the hotel management staff for our concerns Location: No space for vehicle parking, need to park in the empty area on the road( place was told by hotel staff only. That's only the help we got). Overall I can give 2 to 2.5 rating only.

The room key did not work.. everytime a third person came with master card to open it.. it's not at all safe for a women to stay alone.. there were cockroach on the bed.. They only gave one small bottle of water per person which is so sense less..

Awesome room at best prices. good food with buffet option excellent breakfast items. suitable for business and family stay. Good service. Facilities like twin bed, toiletries, tea kettle, room service, wifi.

One of the good and located in the heart of the city. Parking is limited and please make sure that you are Parking at proper location if it is outside. Having seminar hall and restaurent as well. Business trainings and seminars can be arranged with less crowd.

Great location, friendly staff. Food was good. Had stayed for 4days .. Had a great stay. And the hotel is located at a chowk . hence almost all types of shops, eateries can be found. Very lively experience. And pls have the awesome khaman right outside the hotel. Thank you.

This hotel is just perfect as the ambience and location is good, staff iss too good and rooms were very clean and hygeine but their food was not good enough as i expected and chef should be more responsible while preparing food for the guest.
