I recently stayed at comfort inn heritage and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the reception staff. The hotel lobby was beautifully designed, creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property, from the elegant furnishings to the tasteful artwork on the walls. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining it throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped with a variety of exercise machines, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. The pool area was tranquil and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a busy day. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offered a diverse range of cuisines, and the menu was crafted with care. Each dish I tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The hotel's location was also ideal. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cater to my needs. Whether it was providing recommendations for local activities or arranging transportation, they were always helpful and attentive. Overall, my experience at comfort inn heritage was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional amenities, delicious dining options, and attentive service made it a truly memorable stay. Conveniently located and clean rooms. The restaurant is small with a limited breakfast menu options but quality was quite okay. Staff were professional and friendly. I left air buds behind in the room during check out. Housekeeping staff found it and promptly handed over to me. Open car parking is available. *Gym not available

Stayed for 2 nights. Maybe call it a 3 star hotel instead of 4. Hospitality was seriously lacking except for the host of the breakfast area who was the only one to wish us a good day. Rooms are okay. Breakfast was okay. You know, the whole thing was just okay.

A super comfortable experience at this place. But a slightly highly priced for the value it provides. Visited this last month as part of the business trip to Mumbai. Hardly spent the night there but this place was super comfortable at the end of long day. The room bed was very cozy. The room overall was maintained well with new warm sheets, clean washrooms and air condition. The floor I was staying in was under some renovation when I reached there, but was maintained quite well not to disturb the staying experience. The staff and room service was very helpful and prompt. This place also has complimentary morning breakfast. However, I didn't notice any "heritage" aspect if there was any.

Pros Rooms are reasonably clean Decent staff behaviour Main issue - cost! 5100rs for a single room stay for one night for the facilities they provide is too much. And that too no breakfast for a booking of 5000+.. I m sure u will find much better places for much cheaper rates. The hotel management ppl should atleast try once staying in hotels that offer rooms for 5000rs for a night and compare with themselves.

Decent place to stay if you want to be closer to south mumbai. The hotel itself is in a good location and rooms are large ( by Mumbai standard). The service is very good and Mr Farooq at the travel desk is super helpful in arranging transport as well as taking care of any needs. The complimentary breakfast buffet is well laid out with a good plethora of options and was also tasty. The only area for improvement is the refurbishment of the bathrooms which are a bit dated and needs an overhaul. All in all a very pleasant and good experience.

Beat hotel to I recently stayed at Meluha the fern, was an absolute delight. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, gym, and spa, were top-notch and well-maintained. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
