Worstest hotels ever visited. Poor customer service we have the right to complain to consumer forum the reason is: - poor AC condition - poor managerial service and cheap attitude to the customer - no emergency services provided - no ups Budget hotel means a hotel with essential things for accommodation like clean bed, good condition AC, clean restroom... etc.. but these basic facilities are not been provided in this hotel... no humanity... Whatever hotel it is customers should be satisfied with the service to ensure the fair deal.... Experienced these at 1 night of stay ......

Very Nice place for family Stay with budget price.

Average Hotel rooms (Clean and Heaters were available) you have to take bus or cab from Chaitram Bus stand as it was converted to Hotel from home.If you walk 5-10 mins can find hotel in main road.AC and TV worked.Dont expect Complimentries(Coffee, Towel, Soap and Shampoo) even for AC rooms.I wouldnot say it was totally worth the money but having visited during Eegadhasi the city was in rush and this was decent stay. Note : A Better alternative is Grand stay which is very near to Bus stand (No parking) which has easy access to Hotels and Buses

My room had chewing gums stuck on wall beside the bed, not spacious if 3 people are expecting to stay. We had smokers and drunkards as our neighbors and due to lack of ventilation in corridors, our rooms were welcoming smoke smell whenever we opend door. Bathrooms were good and had some space for parking. Over the call management spoke well. If the rooms are maintained clean and are strict with smokers, Comfort inn can get good standard.

Worst.. Worsttt..PLS DON'T BOOK With that much 950rs.. Its better not to waste money.. Even in hurry better not to go. No lift.. No workers to carry luggage at night time. Bedsheets smelly and dirt .. Untidy rooms.. With geyser not working.. All prior NEGATIVE reviews are TRUE

* hotel just away from Tirchy railway station (5 Km) * hotel situated in residential area, so the environment gives a peaceful experience. * Bus stand(Palpannai Stop) is at walkable distance from the hotel,buses available for chatram bus stand via rock fort(3.3 km) and buses are so frequent. * clean room and bathroom,but there is no elevator , service boy and food available at the Hotel. So we ordered food on Zomato , swiggy and nearer dining hall(Hotel marvic) In hotel marvic provides delicious and hygenic food at good ambience. * Normally Trichy is the hottest city especially in summer. So AC room are only best option to stay in that season. * Overall Hotel is Fine to stay for friends,couple ,family and business people.

Worst service Very unclean room A/C was not working properly No Drinking water provided Soap and shampoo kit not provided by them although it mentioned in the app. Not a single service provided by them which mentioned in any booking app

Too far from Chatiram bus stand, Srirangam or Rock point temple. Room was way below average. One of the managers was rude about check out time. Be polite sir!!!
