I had a very bad experience from this hotel when I stay here. The management or receptionist didn't know how to manage or deal with a customer. Very poor customer service. Not even satisfied with their attitude. The rooms and interiors are not maintained well. The rooms are still average. It is not worth with the amount given. The room service is also very poor. I called them 3-4 times and didn't respond to the call. Also the wifi facility is not working. Overall I had a very bad and worst experience in this hotel.

Overall good. Some rooms are old and need maintenance. I was allotted a old one initially, but changed to a better room as the ac did not work. Management is good. But they need to overhaul the place fast. They are in prime location but the place needs a revamp inside and out. Can park only one car, so you will have to park outside. This place has seen better times. Hope the new owners can turn it around.

Near hotel annapoorna , r s puram . Decent and comfort place to stay . Restaurant available . Rooms are clean and at affordable cost. Bill to company available. Parking is the only drawback

The external appearance is very shabby and as I see now they have charged me approx 2500 whereas in online booking it is much less. Rooms are decent and location is nice.

Today i have buy from comfort hotel . 1 chicken plate and 4 chapates .but very stupid enough. They doest have cook week and make tow much spicy unable to. Waste of money never go there. Price even double from market

Very very poor service by them...i booked 3rooms for my guests, and my guests was not able to come due to some issues.. There was no refund policy also, then I asked the keys to stay for myself atlast... They denied saying that guest have to come.... I showed all the details that I only booked and paid details.. But still they were like 'we won't accept'... There was no alternative option for that room atall... They didn't give keys... They didn't refund... Nothing!!! I would have made it a bigger issue but having with these cheap hotels make our standards down.. There were 2of them... Receptionist and one more man sitting inside... Didn't evn respond me and made me stand for more than 30mins.. I showed every detail that I booked..... No use.. They didn't even care

Stayed here for a night, electricity went at 1am and never came back. We had requested for one hour room check out extension even though the hotel was completely empty they didn't allow to extend. So we had to check out at 8am. Uncle at reception was good. But I will not be going back to this place. Place is under renovation so things may change. Location is good located at RS puram.
