Comfort Hotel GMS Grand - Hotel in Dehradun - Dehradun, India

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a function, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a Reliance Smart convenience store right behind the mall, which came in handy during my stay. The hotel's facilities were generally good, and what stood out the most was the attentive and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made my stay more comfortable. While the hotel provided a satisfactory experience, I believe there is still room for improvement in certain areas. Despite that, I would consider it a decent choice for a stay and had an overall positive impression of my time there.

We hosted a get together at their restaurant and the service and food was excellent and much appreciated by all our guests. Mr Chandan is super helpful and cooperative, he would go an extra mile to ensure all things are in place and as per liking.

Rooms are excellent, ample parking space, food is exceptionally great but wih heavy pricing. Rooms on 3rd Floor from 301- 309 have water supply issues (Tap water was OK, No water in flush, Hot water is not properly mixed in shower )due to which i had to change room thrice but later i had check-out against my 3 days stay plan in this hotel.Rooms @6400 MAP is too costly with such pathetic services.

I have visited Blue Saucer dining restaurant. It is exceptionally designed with full blue ambience and even crockery is blue. We celebrated Birthday and were also dressed in blue. Staff hospitality was of highest order and food quality was very good. Special thanks to Mr Chandan Rawat to give personal touch in making us comfortable for our old aged parents. Surely looking forward for more get togethers

I personally love the services of Bluered Production. I done all my work from there, really they are so much trusted company in uttarakhand as compare to other companies and studios

I took 1 hour to get the room cleaned after reaching hotel, flush was not working, no hot water and they charge you like hell for such service

I paid 4815/- for Royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive). For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. MIND IT HAIR DRYER IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE SUITE ROOM. Upon request Iron was provided but that too without the Iron board. Talking about breakfast, Do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and Basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no Basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality. Best is EFFOTEL or Saffron Leaf.

One of the finest in Dehradun. Food is very good. You can host parties in the hall or rooftop. Overall perfect.
