Affordable Price starting at 1000, Have excellent room with Pool. The Pool is not clean it's slippery. Though the owner and the service department is good with the customer's. The top view of the aquarium is good please clean the aquarium.

Worst experience ever, if you want to spent night with mosquito then please come here. Hostels bed is more better than this property. No parking for car. Please don't select this by location as it will only disappoint you. There are many properties you can find near by. They provide worst very think blankets. Bathroom is also bad. Noisy fans and very important this is very old property, Renovation needed but not done yet.

Rooms were ok , location perfect but don't take car from here . Even for a minor scrach on very side of bumper which might have been done in parking .. charged 2500/- ( half bumper repair ) are you serious charging for half bumper repair.

Very bad staff and owner they are very rude to the guest.The pool is also very dirty and unhygenic it is not well maintained the flooring of the pool is slippery. The room are also not well maintained and bedsheet are also very dirty and stained.would not recommend this place. Dont even go if they offering for free.Overall the place is spooky

Less crowded and calm beach.Very finite soil here which gives you different experience to your feet while walking. Water adventure activities are available at main colva beach.

Its budget friendly place to stay right next to the beach, one min walk to beach from resort, they also have a beautiful pet turtle pond, furniture, bed and towels are the worst.

Very rude and unprofessional staff and owner. Cheated us and overcharged for bike rent. Charged triple of our rent for 4hr delay in bike return. Be very careful in renting bikes from them. They intentionally have put 6pm return time and then take 1000 in caution money in advance and will take most of it if you are even few minutes late. For first two days he charged us 350Rs per day and for last day with 4hr delay he charged 1250. Even after bike also had over a litre of petrol left. He went ahead and misbehaved and started shouting on asking to be refund caution money fairly. Even started abusing my friend. Same experience from my other friends about charging for scratches on bike incorrectly. STRICTLY AVOID!!! EDIT: post owners response (who had earlier mocked me about reviewing). I didnt say i stayed at your place. I rented bike from you. And glad I didn't stay at your place seeing reviews on google and goibibo. Property is real shady and other people on google have iterated same views as me about the place. Please check goibibo and google reviews properly before making your decision. PLEASE AVOID. There are way better property in the area at much lesser price.
