Date: 26th June 2022 Meal Time: Lunch Ambience: 2/5 Taste: 1/5 Visited this place with a couple of friends and was a big regret.. Dishes we had ordered: 1) Chili Chicken Dry: Undercooked chicken pieces were tossed in chinese sauce with no taste and had a hell lot of oil. Even the chicken cuts were not alike and we had all different sizes of boneless pieces. Looked like it was made in a hurry with zero precision. 2) Chicken Tikka: Again undercooked chicken with no taste. 3) Mutton Masala: For the first time in my dining experience I came across such dark brownish blackish colored gravy. Chewy black pieces drenched in super oily blackish masala. No taste. 4) Chicken Biryani: I guess it was better out of the lot. Taste was okayish but quantity was good. I had heard a lot of praises for this place and was on my wishlist for long but somehow it dint stand upto expectations. Would request the owner to kindly peep a little inside the kitchen. Im sure it would have been better before. All the best!!

Room was spacious but AC and TV were not working. So changed room. Now AC was working good but not TV. And room was not properly cleaned.Bathroom was mess. Hand shower not working. no one was at helpdesk till 7.50 am. Checked out without taking shower. Food and breakfast were just ok. Overall I stayed at this property after about 4 yrs and ranking dropped from 8 to 4. Disappointed....

The manager doesn't know how to treat with people he is ready to take money only ,Manager doesn't look like know about the hospitality . Service Even they take payment for water bottle they didn't give as compliment Food like no body will eat who is common people they started food around 350-500

Sometimes the popularity gets on your head and you tend to forget the basics. Had a really bad experience in which the manager seems disinterested. Had to go to him after 15 mins for menu. Place seems understaffed. People are getting liquor from outside and are mostly drunk. Not a place for family. Might be owner has died now n the next one is not much interested. Has opened too many ventures and can't handle one.

Pathetic service.... Even house keepers are employed for waiters duties.. Multi purpose job.. waiters are wearing filthy dress.. basically they are not waiters but they are house keepers... Pathetic food quality... Costs of food may be comparable with ***Hotels
