I have joined many fitness classes. But Arvind Sir Zumba classes are amazing. Earlier I didn't knew that a fitness trainer needs to be certified. But, now I know the value of it. Will care for your body type in case you are not inherited with an athletic gene he will not push you for injuries. 4. Certified Zumba Coach so he breaks the regular workout schedule with the refreshing Zumba Classes. 5. Avoids cardio on the machines, his part of the game is Tabata and Morning Run at Sector 12 Town Park. 6. If you are a solo-female by far you will not meet a trainer more professional and with the best of etiquettes. 7. He will motivate you however low you feel in your life. Mental fitness is a must when you are looking out to repair your body. These classes are fun and give an aerobic workout. They also seem to help loosen up my spine and torso and increase my range of movement generally. At the end I feel pretty fantastic and fresh. The instructors are very friendly and very approachable. They make the class less tiring by bringing up new music in every 3/4th class. The steps are easy to catch up on.It's really worthwhile going to these classes.
There are many 'dance instructors/schools' at every nook and corner - but was wary. Wanted a certified, specialised and professional Zumba trainer- and Arvind is one of them! Zumba is not just a dance - its a high intensity cardio exercise and didn't want to join places which promise all types of dances.
