Our stay in Colors stay was a significant disappointment. We selected a hotel based on their advertised room rates only to be charged triple the amount upon arrival. We hadn't booked the room before arriving, since our visit to Chikmagalur was sudden and unplanned. We just want a room to stay for the night. Online websites showed one price and when we went there directly they said we'll have to pay more and online booking won't be accepted if we booked right there. Moreover, the lack of fundamental amenities like room service, food options, and basic hygiene was not provided. To our surprise, the kitchen was devoid of utensils, and even something as simple as coffee or tea was also not included. We just stayed there for one night, not even 12 hours, and it was definitely not worth the amount they charged. This experience was a far cry from what was expected and not remotely worth the price. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.
It's located in a residential area. We took a 2bhk apt for 2 days. Flats are big enough but not very well maintained. Bathroom faucets were not working. Overall a good stay for families
We stayed there for 3 nights durning March end .we had a great experience the room was spacious and very clean, luxurious too,room service also good good ambience inside. Spacious bathroom . This is situated in centre of the city, so everything like restaurants, medical shops etc were accessible. I will recommended this for families. Staff will guide us to travel all sightseeing places . We enjoyed our stay at colors stay . The ambience is very pleasant and we felt like home . It is located in the city centre and is within walking distance to all restaurants. The food is delicious. The proper owner kishan sir guided us to the places to visit and provided all thd support during our trip .
Rooms were very good. But they dont provide any food. The room is inside the city... no scenic view. But thw room was clean and wonderful service.
Hotel is very clean ,and hospitality is also great !we had booked the stay very late at night for 3 days but reached at 4 am in the morning .we were able to opt for early check-in based on the room availablitt without any issues . They also have 2 bhk appartment option for people travelling in a grp of 4-7 PPL . Over all grt experience!!! Couldn't expect anything more . They helped us to get bike for rent .
