Roads are not good but the apartment is good

The apartment feels vaery near to nature.. And the maintenance is good

Apartment is nice, stayed for 1.5 years but the sect. and committe members are so arrogant. As i was from other part of country there behaviour with me was absurd. No info, rules, were passed on when i moved. When i shifted, their rule book came out and apply maximum charges on me. Shop inside society is the costliest one. No RO water to the flat. Manually have to go and fetch water.. 1200 as maintenance cost. Swimming pool was not used once. Never they clean it and never water filled. In the total of 150 flats.. non andhra ppl was left out. No info passed on for any festival celebration. They alone celebrate it. No Independance day or Republic day celebrated. I feel lonely staying there. During covid it was worse staying. I came back from delhi, they all asked me to stay 10 days quarantine.. when local there came from outside city they never asked to be in quarantine... So different behaviour with me

This Appartment was for completely Family place. We can also chill here . The rents are low when compared to other. And the maintenance is 1200/- bit high. And you will get a complete security benefits here. There are gym. Batmenton court. Sai Baba temple is located beside the Appartment. Evening's feel good here .

I had visited this apartment 2 to 3 times here security system and maintenance and flats especially public are very nice

Nice apartments interior, but dusty and noisy outdoor because of heavy trucks movement during day and night.

Newly constructed appartment in Nallapadu present on the way to NH5 chilakaluri peta road from sattenapalli road. Very near to housing board and Guntur city.
