Well for private offices it can be a good choice, but the building really needs maintenance and cleaning staff to be attentive. Especially the common restrooms and stair case needs to be cleaned.

Considering all aspects,the overall grading would be good food,but it is sadly selective.The pizza was abysmal.but the ambiance makes up for it.Good place for groups.But the rooftop setting makes the hot nights unbearable.

Worst commercial building with even worst maintenance. There are 4 lifts among 13 floors + 3 basements. Among them only 2 lifts are used regularly. 1 is malfunctioning 365 days and never get repaired and it has a message showing "Use at your own risk". And they keep 2nd lift off for no reason. If any of the lift gets stuck in the middle, even after playing alarm from lift, neither any staff nor any security come to help you. Even after informing such issues to any staff or security, they have never taken any steps about this thing. I have doubt that should this be called a commercial building.

Tall building besides ISKCON Temple. Opposite ISKCON BRTS stop (not ISKCON Cross Road BRTS). When I visited it was under construction(Sept 2017) but few companies have already started operating like Vadilal group. Construction is quiet good and will look great once construction is completed.

Good experience. Sky-rocketing structure & Huge volume of space & to many floors.
