Very nice villa for kids and family. Lots of open space and spacious rooms. The caretaker was very helpful and cooks well. My family loved the entire experience. Personally my kids enjoyed playing in pool. We had lot of space to play. Carry sport equipment so that you can get best out of it. The host referred us a car driver who was very helpful in sight seeing. Overall, very nice place to visit. I highly recommend.

Awesome villa for kids and pets . Lots of open space to run around. Antique furniture high ceilings takes you back in time of the colonial architecture. All in all lovely place with an awesome cook caretaker and friendly and helping host . My family loved the entire experience. All the best to the owners who have kept the place so well maintained. We will visit again soon.

I had booked the villa for my dad's birthday. He loved it, as did I and the rest of my family. It's a lovely, spacious, clean and peaceful villa, surrounded by greenery, with lots of place to walk/run around or lounge around, if that is what you want. It has been quite well maintained too. I can only imagine how much more exciting and thrilling it will be during the monsoon season. Although it is a little isolated from the city centre, it was exactly what I was looking for. We didn't have any issues reaching there, as maps has the exact location. We had scrumptious home-cooked meals and tea as often as we wanted, as prepared by their cook. While the entry gate to the villa is a little tricky to get through, it is manageable even with a seven seater car. I really do hope I can visit again.

A very nice three bed room villa with a good view. A very good care taker who adds up as a great cook. The approach road is very rough and narrow for about 1.5 kms. It can be a treacherous stretch during monsoon. Water pressure is very low in bathroom, rest rooms etc. Need to be improved. One get only a soap and towels in the bathroom and one has to travel 3 to 4 Kms for any need.

we had some issues here, which i am noting down for the benefit of other folks who might want to use this place... There was no water in the flushes nor basins in the mornings, no working bbq, dirty small pool thats basically unusable, and a unresponsibe and uncaring owner. that was our experience. 7 of us visited here for new years weekend. While the villa is quite beautiful, every part of it needs better maintenence.. the showers are unusable due to lack of water force.. the cook is average.. the first day he made us chicken curry that was basically smelling and raw ( but he did redeem himself with some excellent misal pav later.. ) .. he's quite unsmiling and non welcoming though, and a bit of hospitality from the only guy who lives there would have been nice. (but he did arrange for whatever we wanted by asking his fellow helper who visits a few hours each day (and gives u several monologues about his own working life and frustrations))... the villa itself is 3 rooms only.. with 3 bathrooms .. thats the issue if an additional person wants to stay .. the hall is big enough to put mattresses down on the floor, but there is no common bathroom. i felt that need even after dinner or lunch, we had to go to the rooms to wash hands. Otherwise this place charged us 30k per night, and for what we paid, even with new yrs rates, we really expected the owner to return calls, or at least have the courtesy to ask us how we found the place. She was extremely unresponsive, and uncaring, and basically her attitude is the reason we are never going back to this place, not recommending it to anyone else.

It was our first family trip, and I would say this Villa has made it memorable. It's an approx. 6 years old villa and it's maintained really well. It has 3 Bedrooms, 1 big living room with a dining and seating area. Cornered kitchen area separated yet attached to the living room which gives you complete privacy. All furniture is made up of wood, the interior is done with classic touch even small small things are being addressed to maintain the theme like electric switches are old classic style. You can see pics/videos to get ideas for the interior. The food cutlery set also matches the theme of the villa. The property is surrounded by mountains, completely isolated from city chaos. You get a few toys, carrom, trampoline, cards to keep your kids busy. It has a small pool for kids, I will not call it a swimming pool. You get an in-house caretaker Laxman, he takes one fixed amount like 2k for food preparation per day. You just have to tell him the menu in advance (food was really awesome veggies, chicken, fish.. I would recommend chicken dishes) so he can order raw materials (those will be charged separately, he will give bills to you). You also get an option to order from restaurants nearby there are menu cards available to choose from. You can do bon-fire (Rs300).
