I am constrained to revise my previous rating of 3 star to 1 star based on two recent experiences - one a few days ago and the second one today, just prior to writing this revision. A few days ago we ordered a boneless Chicken Changezi, which this outlet was well known for earlier. It tasted like Chiken Tikka Masala, and that too on the spicier side. We actually thought that they had mixed up our order with someone else. However, today we ordered Paneer Dhaniya Adraki and Dal Tadka. Both were absolutely pathetic. There was so much salt in both items that they were unpalatable. Either they have lost their regular chef, or they no longer care about what they are dishing out to customers. In any case, this was absolutely my last order at this place. Below is what I wrote about them a year ago. -------------- The biggest problem with this place is that there is no consistency of quality. The second problem is that the place has changed ownership a couple of times and perhaps they are trying to survive on the old reputation, which gets difficult due to the lack of consistency. Some of the items on the menu are excellent and some are mediocre. A couple of items that I CAN recommend are Paneer Dhaniya Adraki and Yellow Dal in veg, and Chicken Changezi in non-veg. Butter Chicken is on the sweeter side and tastes as though they have cooked the chicken in Shahi Paneer gravy. Rest is average stuff.

Food taste good as per the offered price and Helpful staff .... Using this restaurant from last 1 year now but no majore complaints .... Food quality can be improvised

Awesome good, though there is no place to sit. Few chairs here and there but it's awesome for home delivery. Food is delicious, hot packed and price reasonable.

I ordered keema nan from them but there was not even a small amount keema in it. They cheated by putting something like minced pieces of fried channa dal into the naan and make it look like keema. Very bad experience

Cheated. Food is OK but service is not. Got an SMS saying discount on all food at 15% but when the final bill came, no discount was applied and the Roti's too were charged at 30 instead of the 25 mentioned on their menu. I found out about this the next day when I analysed the final bill. Called them up 3-4 times but they never refunded the money. Therefore, Have Minimised my dealings with this restaurant to a bare minimum and only in case nothing better is available. My suggestion, look for other choices first, before even thinking of approaching them and understand the bill before making the final payment.

This is one of the best restaurants we have in Dwarka.Food is well prepared and its delivered well in time and service is better than the any other food delivery apps which we have presently. To mention Paneer makhani ,Dum Biriyani,Hakka noodles and dry chilly chicken are must try.I wonder how come some people have got a bitter experience. I will surely keep on going to eat food from Colonel's kitchen. Keep up the good work.Best wishes,

Terrible service. On 20 Oct despite order at the Outlet and full advance payment, no delivery of order took place. Misleading inputs on phone while reminder call was made an hour later. Just gave up after 1hr 50 min waiting. Strongly advice against ordering here. Other adjacent outlets far better in service and hygienic too.

Best delivery food I have ever eaten. Tip - Butter Chicken Boneless, Shahi Paneer and Dal Makhani are amazing. Try those first. He also gives you a free dish if ordering above Rs500, Rs1000 etc.
