The hotel has mediocre service for the price you are paying. Check in wasn't smooth. Room was spacious and well maintained enough. But the taps had leakage and getting hot water for bath was an issue. To get the first hot water I had to let a bucket full of water go waste. Further, the room service was weird. When I left for the day, they cleaned the room but locked the bathroom door (funny). They knocked my door at 1:30 (seriously I kid you not) to hand me towel and soap which I never asked for. And again they knocked at around 5:30 handing me water bottles. I was in my sleep, I just happened to take them and go back to sleep. But the room was pretty comfortable.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lacks in cleanliness... My room was smelly throughout the 4 days here thanks to some previous occupant leaving their uneaten food open in a closed AC room. The staff tried with air fresheners to no avail and the unused windows cannot be opened due to so much pigeon droppings and dirt. Accessibility is good though, and will get even better since the metro station is right in front.

If we look at criteria for review Location: easy to locate and on road place. Ambiance: it's a quite place, great atmosphere. Value for money: hotel rooms, ac, Hygiene, tv, wifi, safety everything is available and good and complimentary breakfast on oyo booking was delicious. Service: staff is friendly and helpful..for any service general one or restaurant one you have to call them they will be there Hygiene: place is clean, rooms, common area, gallery and restaurant tables n servings are also clean. Enjoy your visit

we stayed in room 209 and 213. The rooms were not cleared properly before we checked in. The door knob of the washroom was broken, the spray was not working properly and the bathroom was stinking. even the lock of the main door was broken. we spent around 8000 for our stay there but we got THIS kind of service. They do not even have a room to serve breakfast! they serve it near the lift.and they serve the same variety of food all through the days! highly disappointed!

Located on main road under the name of flagship royal inn. Rooms are good in size. Room service is very poor and room amenities are not maintained properly. In some room ACs are not working or in some local phone is not working and also geyser are not working. Food taste is also not so good.

Location wise it is good. Their room service is bit slow. Towels are not properly clean. Hotel food menu is very costly. Not proper car parking space as the metro work is happing on the main road. Overall it is fine for the budgeted stay

visited 3 times before but yesterday worst experience. Ordered food one hour ago, they told they are cooking. After ine hour they told that no LPG in so we didn't cook. order from zomato. you should have enough LPG stock. you should tell before. What kind of Oyo flagship hotel is this?

Hotel name is changed but not updated, difficult to find. Could see different rooms on Oyo and given different small size room where even seat is full of dust. Very poor facility(no bathroom accessories given). Breakfast quality poor. No proper seating arrangement for breakfast. No good hot water facility, while taking bath: hot water stops in between. Get into this hotel to horrible experience . Not worth at all
