Hotel is situated near piller no 33 at Noida Express Highways. Rooms were quite big. Staff were really good and supporting. Quick food service was available. Taste was good according to price. However some issues were regarding lack of cleanliness of bedsheets and no useful channels available on cable TV. Overall it was good experience.
1.First of all the location of the hotel was very difficult to find as there is no board sign of it. And the contact numbers provided connects to Oyo customer care and when asked for the hotel number, says something which cannot be understood 2.Rooms are very unhygienic and found a used condom in the bathroom. 3.When asked to change the bedsheet as it is very dirty, the took out the bed sheet folded it nicely , brought back and again put the same one in reverse thinking we will not be able to find out. When asked about the same the person was swearing 4.No regular maintenance and cleaning of the room. 5.They used a folded paper for power main which ia supposed to be done with key. 6. The quality of food and the price that we pay for it doesn't match. It is like we are paying a fine dining restraunt price for a dhaba food. Especially the Veg Thali, They just jumble the menu of thali and add pander for it and charge extra 100 rupee for it. 7. Just went with OYO rating and was fooled till core.
Location of this place is so perfect... easily you can access to atlst 4 malls(GIP Mall, Mall of India, Garden Galleria and Spice mall noida) within 2 kms of radius......metro station is just 2 km away(sector 18)...liquor shop just 150m away and they provide refrigerator in every room so perfect for booze... :p comes to food.... you will not get so many options for food but you can order food online by zomato offering 100+ delivery options rooms were neat and tidy, staff was courteous, they provide cattle in every room... some vices were .... tv was so small in size you cannot enjoy this facility here lighting condition in the room was not good.
Location is good .....No Problem for Car Parking,Rooms are not so clean, provide television is small just 21 inches (LCD), Its okay for a shot time stay like for few hours, In-House not working after the lockdown
Giving 1 starts jst coz the bed was good enough, AC - no cooling, Fan : No speed adjuster, Blanket - Dirt and its cover all wet, bad smelling room, no toiletories until asked, Water : Rs30 per Bottle, and thn we had to sleep with mosquitoes and their biting. never have been to such miserable place, thn rude staff says it was to be taken care by day staff, it's not our duty, so jst adjust, not to forget Bedsheet : torn
It was an ohkay experience. And actually every oyo needs to keep an extra effort in their cleanliness and staff attitude. Well my room was claustrophobic as ac was not working that good but I didn't mind that much coz I knew that they'll do nothing about it
Going to be your worst experience. Dirty and torn linens. Dirty washrooms with rust on everything. Dirty rooms. TV smaller than your 14 inch laptop. HD channels not available. Rude receptionist. Remote of AC will not be provided. Reason they give us that if you lower the temperature. AC starts leaking and oro television will not work properly. Breakfast is ok but everything else was pathetic and to top it all, as a checkout step the redemptio guy will ask you to take out your phone and he reste himself 5/5 from my Goibibo app. Such pathetic hosts. I recommend you to never visit this place .
hotal was good staff aslo good but i was booked by oyo this hotal 2 room for 2 night but when i went to hotal receptionist said sir we have problem about your booking i don't know how to was book by this booking at 2400 our charge for night 2000 so we will not allowed you to stay on this amount because that time was to much rain that at noida we agreed to stay there wlat 2000 night and he told me to cancel the rooms from oyo its very bed experience from oyo rooms
