The room was very poor. Around the walls and bathroom corners were full of gutka spit. Very cheap place to stay. They should pay the guests for staying there. The staff was totally unprofessional, they couldnt even provide the bill even after 2 days of checkout. No water flow is there in the bathroom. Electricity wasnt even there. After complaining, they misbehave with guests. In our stay, breakfast was included, for that they were providing from chapri stalls, which was not hygienic at all. Flies were all around the food. Dont choose this hotel at any cost.

Rooms are okay but not completely ready to be given to people. The washrooms aren't having the shower and the service may be a little slow. If you're booking online via any app, they may ask you to pay extra when you reach there.

Please family and single person kabhi na book kre.they only gives hospitality to couples .third class service and location.

I booked a classic room through OYO App which cost around 800. There is nothing good about this hotel. Poor water supply( water leakage ) No AC No Geyser Not at all hygenic Also, the reception person was too rude when we told to switch on the AC instead he said to on the fan. The bed was too unhygenic and dirty. Most importantly, very negative vibe coming from the room. The room looks eye catching and beautiful in image but in reality it's very dirty.

Worst Experience, Do not stay here..Nothing.I booked a deluxe room with balcony, but they provided a very small room, very congested. I tolde them I didn't booked this small room, on which they replied that pay Rs 600-700 more and take deluxe room with balcony. Worst Service. No one was there to listen. Bedsheets, blankets and pillow were dirty. Room floor was very dirty. Spider web all over the room. Washroom was very dirty. Electric current was running through the water tap. I complained the staff about the same, but they did not resolved it. Overall the worst experience, will not recommended anyone to stay here. Will not be booking any hotel from Booking.com

rooms were not clean bad experience

They demand more money for room and when we call customer care they said sir please change hotel although we came there by convence and in this way they booked another hotel The luxury living OYO 78411 .And when we reach that hotel they also denied to give room although we have paid online payment so now we have tired and at last we book self hotel by paying . So very poor experience by OYO and now we have decided never go with OYO and also share this experience in social media. Very bad experience.

I didn't even check in......and my booking had showed I checked out when I went to check in. Customer care of you showed horrible experience. They charged me more to modify my booking and transfer it to another guest house which is 12 km from the previous one and cut the phone and notified me to pay again for this booking
