Remember receptionist tries to play tantrums. You will be denied for booking even if you had paid booking online. There is nothing in the name of service. Entire hotel runs of generator that too provide electricity after 7 pm. Staff is uneducated and have no professional outlook to customers. Stay is not safe for couples and families too. There were more cockroaches than entire staff. Remember in any case of dispute directly ask for the owners number and talk to them personally as the staff will deny your booking and wont even refund.

No power connection, generator switches off every 5 minutes, no hot water, bed mattresses definitely give u sleepless night, backache, worms everywhere, bath fittings fall as u touch them, tv just a show-piece, AC remote non-operative, no service at all. Please look somewhere else...you will regret your stay

Room was good, clean and spacious. Couple of problems, hot water takes atleast 15 mins to get heated, no shower, rate of water from the tap is very low, no bathing kit, no body wash (only hand wash was Availible) , plates/bows will not be provided if you bring outside food which is kinda disappointing( we got 1 plate after requesting multiple times), but enjoy my stay overall. Recommended.

Rooms are neet & clean. Staff is polite and cooperative. But few basic facilities were not proper. Such as only free to air tv channel were connected. Towels provided on demand only. I booked room for 3 persons but extra mattress was not available in the hotel. However provided by hotel in the late night. OYO kit not provided by the Hotel with the plea that the same has been discontinued by OYO itself. Overall hotel is nice.

Property was good but the service and management staff were very unprofessional and unskilled. 1. Ordered lunch at 2 o'clock and got it around 4 o'clock after calling 2 times and personally visiting at reception. 2. Faulty intercom which led us suffer a lot. Got calls from other room guests who were calling to reception. Calls to other guest get diverted to our intercom. 3. My Lunch order served to other room guests. 4. Very limited options in food. Paneer was not available, chana masala not available, in last we had to ask - serve what you have right now. 5. Poor cleanness. The floor was wet when we entered in room. 6. Clogged wash basin.

Horrible experience. Booked multiple rooms in triple occupancy. The mattresses were jammed in a narrow space between one of the beds and the wall. It was placed such that the cupboard in the room could not open. The staff at the reception in the daytime was very rude when we complained about this, saying that we were the first people to ever complain about the accommodations. The rooms had pretty dirty linen, stained sofa covers, no glasses, no toiletries or towels. The breakfast was also served rather cold and the tea and curd were very watered down. Even on the day of checking out, the staff at the reception kept insisting that we had to pay for extra breakfast and refused to understand what went where and instead kept referring to his breakfast logs saying we had taken extra servings. Would never visit again.

I visited Green Magestic , which is near to railway station,market place ans food court for a research purpose. I must admit the outstanding service and hospitality from front office staff. The requested information was very clear and attention to smallest needs of guest was heartfelt. Special thanks to Ms. Vrinda front desk staff for her excellent hospitality and genuine initiative to help guest. I will visit again with larger group of colleagues and friends. Best Wishes! First sight of hotel is good. I booked through goibibo. As we arrived inside the hotel we got to know it lacks the most facilities. We got room no. 205(Super Deluxe) which was a havoc. First,The door knob malfunctioned, then,we saw our dirty mattress,sofa, tv screens,mirror.No towels were provided initially. And on demand only 1 towel was given for all us three. No soap,shampoo,etc. were provided, which is must in a super deluxe room. Lights malfunctioned, water leaked out from the main tap.I SUGGEST TO GO FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.
