These guys are doing complete fraud nowadays by taking extra amounts while checking in. First, we open the OYO app and buy our best hotel pay in the app itself and then go to OYO to check in these Hotel guys will tell you like, this is the hotel price for today and should pay an extra amount. This is fraud. Should take action on these guys.

Room size is small but functional. Room is fairly clean but premises could be better maintained. Lots of mosquitoes, I bought a Good knight liquidator and kept it on throughout.

I have booked room through Oyo and it was confirmed and when I went to hotel they asked me to cancel my room because they don't have rooms in that cost and asked Me to pay larger amount for booking a room

Had a stay for 3 days. Pathetic service. Rude and arrogant staff at reception. Charged me in addition to the booking tariff and when questioned, they threatened to cancel my booking done via the Oyo app. Challenged me to escalate this to any level i wish with customer care. Basic amenities missing. AC and fan controls not working, charging points not functional, stained sheets (even their cleaned sheets were stained) and no regular cleaning. I had to chase them with multiple reminders throughout the day for cleaning, providing towels etc. Last but not the least, they were not ready to provide an authentic bill and demanded additional GST charges for the same. Please avoid this place !

Booked for 3days initially in June,2022. The receptionist was very rude. When we checked it and noticed the rooms are bad,we asked to be shifted. They showed us other room which is as dirty . The bedsheets,blankets and curtains are unwashed and the room is smelly. The pipes in the washroom are broken. Had to talk to customer care of MMT and OYO for nearly 2 hours to get shifted. Very traumatic experience. This place needs to be blacklisted.

Highly disappointed, my old father and mother had to carry their luggage because no one was there to help them out during the checkout. Overcharged by a lot. The mistake we did was we paid the tarriff beforehand. Disgusting service, they will give you torn up towels and on asking for blanket, they gave us blanket covers. And yes, be ready to feed their mosquitoes coz they don't have mosquito repellent. Horrible experience, not recommended at all.
