They denied to check-in as they don't accept Oyo price. They have their separate pricing on room
Hotel asked for more money other than booking amount. They charged Rs. 200 more. Staff was very rude. My hotel room was for 24 hours but they asked me to checkout soon. They said that they can not give room for 24 hours. There was no telephone in Room. There was no way to contact the reception other than go down everytime and talk to them. They did not give any water bottle. After 3-4 hours they started calling me again and again on my personal number to checkout from hotel room. Mattress were not good. They were very thin. AC was good. I didn't try TV so I can't say anything about that. Washroom was clean.
staff if very good and polite, rooms need more cleanliness and please spray fragrance because it's a little smelly because of suffocated lock in .
I paid 550 for this room on oyo app, then I got a call from the property that I have to pay 800 for the room otherwise they will cancel. I need to stay in sec 44 noida that why I didnt cancel and paid the extra money. When I contacted oyo support they offered a new hotel but it was far for sec 44. The room was good, the bathroom was clean. My bad rating is for the scam they are doing by showing less price on oyo app and asking more later. And oyo is aware of this but still they are showing this property on their app.
The room wasn't clean, the bedding and bed cover were dirty and even on requesting were not changed. The walls were dirty, there were ants crawling on the bed. The pillows were uncomfortable and the property didn't match the pictures at all. Bad experience.
Bedsheets were not clean. There was water leakage in walls. Washroom was good but there was some problem with giger connection.
The room was too small and very dirty and bed sheet and blanket is smelling very bad... They ask me to pay more.. I book room from oyo @451 and they ask me pay Rs1k and room was not good walls are dirty television is not working ligts are also not good and no privacy in rooms.. Waste of money..
Hotel demanded 260 rupees over and above prepaid booking through OYO. Lot of mosquitoes in the room and poor cleaning. Washbasin tape was not working. Pillows, bed sheet were dirty.
