Getting a deal for 1k online but manager denying stating he will give for 2500 only. If booked online, he'll not confirm the booking. @2700 5 star hotel Welcome in sector 10 was available. Booked that actually. Will never consider this as an option.
Lots of mosquitoes at breakfast place in basement.felt unhygienic. Even breakfast was not ready at 8:30am though reminded a night before.
No mosquito repellents for rooms when asked. Water was dripping badly from the window ac. Staff was slow in response. Saurabh at reception was nice guy. But assissting staff was lethargy except a lady...

It's been more then one week I went there on 8 Aug and while doing payment they said sir we didn't get the amount please pay again and if your amount is deducted it will be refund. I contact my bank they said the payment is done. But now I'm contacting them they still giving me excuse I have sent all that transaction details but still they are not doing nothing about it...
Its a horrifying place, Dharmshala rooms are better than this, terrible staff,it's a two hour stay property only, because they believe in keep on changing bedsheets and don't need a guest for a day , in one line it's better to spend your night at plateform.
They seems to be facing difficulty with good footfall, you have to run for basic things like Dustbin, toilet paper. TV was not working, furniture was broken. Wall Paint is coming out.
Given the price, somehow you can manage.
Best for the price. Rooms are spacious enough and the best room service at oyo I've experienced plus they also offer free nice buffet at morning.
Most of the times this will available in under 1k and that's when I like it
