Rooms are spacious. It is located in the centre of the city. Staff are cordial and nice people. Only problem is this property doesn't have car parking. The restaurant at the basement served good food.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper Italian cooking. I stayed as a single person for an overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. I originally booked a single, but was upgraded to a double. I think it would have definitely on the small side if I were sharing that space it another person, though. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating.

The receptionist at the hotel said me to pay extra or cancel the delivery at the time of check in , as i wont get any refund upon cancellation at that time i paid extra and checked in, it felt very lame he was saying that the amount you paid prior will be credited to oyo and this was our bill . I know the truth but i cant do anything because if i cancel i will lose my money as i wont get any refund on cancellation, felt really bad by seeing such kind of behaviour this was the first time in years seeing such kind of things at oyo. Please take action on it ASAP.

this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. we booked three rooms and all of them had some or the other problem . in one room window was totally broken the other had water problem and the last one did not had a proper bed. even the amenities they have shown in oyo and not available 2 rooms did not the TV. And if you are booking because the oyo is giving you discount this is another blunder, because the staff clearly mentioned to us because we got the rooms after applying coupons how can we expect all the facilities. the worst was when we asked to mop the floor they said they can give us the mopping stick and we should do it. overall I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel even if they give rooms for free. they won't give you even drinking water.

Water was provided, cushion was soft.Poor customer service, many accessories were not working, couldn't lock the room , water leakage, no warm water available, room was cleaned only before we checked in, no cleaning in the next three days.

Worst hotel. No proper response or maintenance. Exterior is fooling everyone. As a hotel, they can't even provide a towel for room by say stupidest reasons anybody can come up with. Prices at online booking doesn't apply here..they have their own agenda that hotel is not responsible for prices at online..and says if there is any problem speak with the online partners, stating they don't follow the online prices. Then why the heck is this still listed in online partners Tv doesn't work. Can't promise even a single thing that online partners are promoting.. Only thing working here is...cheating.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The hotel is located nearby to RK beach. You can easily walk to the beach. Service is disappointing. Phone in the room was not working, faced issue with door lock as well. They did not even Glasses and provided plastic glass which was so disappointing. Also, water was not provided they charged me during the checkout.

Management was more concerned about charging extra bucks rather than maintaining the rooms in good shape. Room ( R. No. 302)was not cleaned at all, curtains were torn, AC remote doesn't work, it's set to 17 degrees and it just keeps blowing the air on your face. Bathroom was full of dust and spider webs and flush doesn't work. I know you find the deal better, but you will regret for choosing the stay here.
