Not deserving even of 1 star. Squalid conditions. No parking space. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and rats. Bedsheets were dirty as hell. Seemed like bathrooms were not cleaned since inception. Damp walls and smelly. Staff were rude and not cooperating at all. Don't fall for it and stay away from this hell of a place.

Experience was terrible.. I repeat experience was terrible. Staff were too noisy. There was no kitchen. We had our booking from 20-24th of November and then we booked for another day. On 25th,we asked them for our late check-out on 26th. But they checked us out at 11 without asking us. Then they were teaching us the guidelines of oyo for the late check-out. Only the location was good.

It ia bit okay when it comes to comfort. But, you won't have access to your Internet service for some reason, the hotel also doesn't have an full access to television channels (you might actually get real bored). The wifi service there sucks.. literally you will be either blocked or it will repeatedly keep disconnecting from your device. Anyways to those who wants a quick distance to BHU lanka Gate can have a safe stay.

Pathetic. Budget guest house. No restaurant. No room service worth the name. Breakfast is free, but very poor quality and limited choice. Rude and uncooperative staff. Will never come back. Mosquitoes abound. Wifi is slow, but essential as mobile network signal in the room is very weak.

Worst of the worst experience i have ever had in my lifetime...i booked through makemytrip seeing all the facilities it provides... firstly the hotel was not at the location what google maps shows, its arnd 400m away. Second, the reception staff straight away denied to give room at 11:30 night because it was booked through OYO even though i had payed full amount beforehand.He told to go look for some hotels.After so much heated discussion, room was provided that had: No AC installed No WiFi Full room covered in dust Bedsheet that has not been cleaned in months TV without dth i.e useless Bathroom whose doors doesn't closes Lots of insects roaming in bathroom that you can't enter without slippers Paint coming off the wall fully damped No breakfast provided Please Dont go there

A very big issue of hygienisty in rooms. Pillows are dirty bed sheets and towel as well in same condition. I had called the staff there to change after had a quick look of room. Brkfst is not good as well. Over all pathetic in maintaining hygiene. Not recommending anyone for business trip or for family stay.

Hotel is located near BHU. the road which leads to the hotel remain water logged and you have to cross it very carefully by stepping on the series of bricks submerged in the water.one mistake and your shoes are wet with dirty water.its impossible to reach the hotel with luggage in your hand. I took a rickshaw to cross that 100ft stretch of waterlogged road to reach the hotel as I was carrying luggage with me. Hotel staff was not so cooperative.cleanliness was not there.linens were changed after we complained.room was cleaned very late after we checked in. only 2 or 3 staff was there who were doing all the work from cleaning to room service.kitchen was not there in the hotel ,so they couldn't provide warm water for drinking.they were bringing breakfast from the street outside and charging much more than the outside price.overall my experience was very poor

Location is fine. You can get food as well as transport facilities easily. Nearby BHU main gate. Price is a bit high as compared to the rooms provided
