Collection O Puhor Plaza Inn - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

This is a useless hotel. I would suggest people not to book this hotel because room cleaning is not done. The taps, flash in the bathroom are not properly working. The behaviour of the staffs are mentionable bad. Even we didn't get one bottle of drinking water. We paid but didn't get facility. Feeling regret and harrassed which was not expected.

This is the worst hotel. Never book the hotel. One key can be used to open the another room which is very unsafe for us. Room cleaning is not done. Salam Ali, the manager promised us to provide a car on the way to Guwahati station. That's why we paid the money, but at the time of leaving when we called him, he refused to provide any vehicle. Such a big hotel but failed to provide one bottle of drinking water. Please don't believe OYO, GOIBIBO etc. They are actually deceiving us.

Had a decent experience. The rooms were spacious enough. The hotel is located at a very convenient place. The view from the top floor is beautiful specially at night. They also have parking space. Only the staff didn't seem too friendly. And ofc, One of the staff even though we didn't call for room service just randomly knocked and entered the room saying he had to check the bathrooms which was kinda creepy.

Not recommendable, specially for aged persons. Lift is in Helf landing, for dining, have to climb 1 and 1/2 floor ( Lift facility not available). Toilet maintenance very poor. Horrible services, shortage of service persons. No smoking restrictions, people may stand in front of your door and enjoy smoking and chatting at after 11am night also. Although well equipped rooms but with poor management.

A decent and clean hotel good enough for a family stay at affordable prices. The staff is really cooperative and I loved the rooms. Great experience overall. The view from my window on the 5th floor was good, especially at night. I would have given 5 stars if they had provided the basic soaps in the bathroom like most hotels do.

Rooms are spacious. Breakfast timing is 8 to 10am but the staff is not very cooperative. When I called them up for breakfast, first they said it's chargeable although it was complimentary and then did not send it to my room. Had to order food from restaurant located nearby. Ola and Uber come straight to the hotel so it's easy to commute. Overall nice place to stay.

The Room Service here is the worst ever. I was not even offered a Towel on check-in at around 12.00pm On being asked, they said the Laundry was late and I received a damp towel at around 9pm. The bed sheets were not changed and I could see stains and hairs of previous occupants. I had to remind the mgt. to change the linen. Breakfast was horrible. Besides the room (suite in my case), the entire experience was pathetic. Waste of money.

Decent hotel within a reasonable budget. Staff are polite and non intrusive. Breakfast is included and is a limited buffet of toasts, eggs, sabzi etc. Cleanliness is okay. Some expansion seems to be in progress which otherwise marrs a beautiful interior. It's to be noted that being adjacent to a large hospital you can hear ambulances 24x7, but it's not too loud. I can recommend this hotel for a reasonable stay.
