Hello everyone, we are writing this to warn everyone that, never book this hotel via agoda..as they dont ake the booking but agoda would say its confirmed. We were in deep trouble when we reached this hotel in vellore little late night and we were told there is no booking. We were with my parents and wife and kids.
Take my words and dont book via agoda, always check with the hotel before and after booking
Worst hotel. Don't go by images. If I had minus star I would have given that. Last month booked two rooms for a day through Agoda.
First let me say about the room. Bathroom light was not working tv was not working. Asked them twice to fix it as I with a small kid using the bathroom with light was very difficult. And they didn't fixed it till we checked out.
Next when we came to check in they said they haven't got our booking. We showed them our booking n the amount debited then they gave the room. But v checked out next day they said same thing still we didn't get ur booking. Pay us again once we get from Agoda will refund u. But after they I called them few times and they talk so badly. Do what ever you want v can't give u any refund. They are cheating.
I was told that my booking was cancelled even after making part payment and was denied hotel stay .
Beware before going to this hotel
They charged extra money at hotel and that too in a very arrogant manner
I would give negative rating to this
Not worth for money, not preferable during this pandemic situation. Non hygiene

The front desk staff
The hotel is newly built and the deluxe rooms are very nice with some seating area outside the rooms. It is not very far from golden Temple around 10 to 15 minutes by car. The manager Jaya Charan is very friendly and accommodative.
Only thing missing
Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and good service. Manager in charge will listen to all requirements carefully and also help plan the event. We catered to large number of guests for wedding event which was well taken care off.

Amazing place to stay and facilities with home food. Close to CMC VELLORE. Transport facilities to CMC VELLORE and Ranipet are also good. Stay, food and transport is all good.
