I really like the hotel. The location of this hotel is very good. There are seven beautiful banquet halls beside this hotel. I don't think hotel duplex villas are an option for wedding home purpose booking. I had a full building booking for three days and I really liked it for the purpose of getting married. Especially the hotel manager's behavior is very good , I have always received help from him. The size of the room is too big. The bathroom attached to the room is very clean. The common passages on each floor are very nice. There are small programs that can be done very well.. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. All staff are very helpful. There are nice car parking arrangements.

Very nice stuff Shubho and Pradeep very helpful in guiding new locations, no disturbance no chaos, stayed peacefully for 3 days along with my mother. There is a kirana shop just beside the hotel. Located exactly opposite side of Vishal mega mart, lovely place. From July onwards AC also not needed as rooms r very well ventilated. We had visited here from Hyderabad, I would always recommend this place to tourists.

The property is a very beautiful one located on VIP road ( inside VIP Enclave), but I found the manager to be a very rude person. I went to see the rooms for a family function with my father they showed the rooms and explained everything. He didn't allow us to click any pictures saying that he will forward the pictures by evening so he noted down my Whatsapp number in the visitors book. He himself even didn't send any pictures. The next day we went to book 4 rooms. The manager said that he wont give 4 rooms we will have to book that whole building which was impossible for us because they charged almost double for the entire building. When we said that we will pay them immediately for 4 rooms he started arguing that he will only give the entire house or else he wont give. When I said whether I can book online he said he wont accept the request. He was so rude that without ant further conversation we had to move out. The owner of the house if you are reading my review please see to the matter because I find the house to be very beautiful and even with a perfect location but for this man's behaviour I wont visit for the second time.

We used the oyo app to book two rooms for two nights, but we weren't allowed to check in because they were charging us double. With two other female friends, it was already extremely late night, and we had no idea what to do. And the owner was very rude.

Owner Mr Abhishek Agarwal calls oyo customers personally and ask them to book Directly through them and pay a way higher amount than what oyo charges Staff refuses to know his owner over call..

We booked the whole guest house for 3 days for a marriage functn.. All of our guests liked the villa.. lift was there,location is superb.. parking available.. great kitchen and balcony.. Staff were also cooperative..

Excellent location. Well connected with all other important locations . Clean and comfortable property. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall a very comfortable stay
