The best place to stay in Gugaon. This is so centrally located that my sister who lives in Gurgaon said that it is better I stay here. Good food and very helpful people. I ran short of cash and they helped me then also.

Bedsheets were little unclean and also always remember when you book from any website you will be shown different amount and when you reach there the amount displayed for them is different. In my case difference was around 100rs. Other then that it's fine

During my stay, Wifi facility was not there, I complained about the wifi to the hotel staff as well as Oyo support. The issue was not fixed. Poor service when I ordered anything using the hotel phone. They take the order and forgot about the order then I had to ping again n again. I request do the needful or compensate the same.

the room was pathetic, after we booked they asked for extra money which we paid. We got such a disgusting room, sheets were not clean, bathroom was smelly, AC was not working, it was dirty and small, the paint on the walls was chipping off. money wasted. basically oyo makes a fool out of you by giving you deals and then when you reach there hotel staff exploits you by giving disgusting rooms and charging more.

to start with : rooms are not clean and there is no one to even clean. bedsheets to pillows to walls- all covered in stains. washroom flush not available initially . later fixed. there are no keys to rooms and you have to leave things with the hope that nothing gets stolen. bathrooms not clean. room has belongings of old guests. nobody even came to clean them. horrible one day experience

Have taken 700rs extra. Called customer care and got confirmation that extra money will get refund after submitting bill. Submitted bill tried to call as well but now no one is responding. It was like trap. And you guys doing fraud. Stay was bad too. Even hotel has not provided the towel for bath. In short it was tough day due to OYO

first of all there was no internet. wifi was not working there and as a working professional it was hard to manage. we booked 2 rooms initially there was no lock or keys for both rooms they said it is not available our guest has taken keys of both rooms but then they arranged one room key afterwards. room was different from the pics. we have to call them 2-3 times if want something.our second rooms ac was not working. we have to manage with one room then. horrible experience with this hotel never book these kind of hotels.

God this place was a total nightmare. They refused to take Oyo bookings and told us to pay 1300rs for a room. The same room was available for 800 rs in the Oyo listing. But I wanted a room so I agreed to pay 1300rs. They showed me the room. My home's washroom is much cleaner than their room. The whole room was smelling so bad. When I told them this issue they said that this is the only room available. Would suggest you to look for any other option than this
