Hotel was good. But there was no cleanliness, cockroach was there on the floor. I have uploaded vedio of cockroach also. Vaiters attitude was very horrible. They use to play there mobiles. I have asked for water. He told me take it yourself. Otherwise the hotel was good. Location is very good. But fooding is a very big problem there. Only street food is available 1 km apart. Phone that is intercom was not working. I told him to repair they give me a mobile number to call at reception.

Worst hotel to stay in, believe me Or not, the reception guy is the most horrendous and inhuman person with a very cheap mentality and mind. Thr rooms were dirty like hell, behaviour was untolerable. I don't know the name of the reception guy (middle aged man) slightly albino. He acted like a mafia, I was new to bangalore and he was constantly bullying, harrasing us. I wish what we have endured in this place, no one endures. Hope this review affects the concerned management and correct their hooliganism. Just don't enter into this place if your self respect is your priority.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Rooms were uncleaned and their service was very bad. The man sitting on the reception counter was very rude to the customers.

The entire room was filled with cockroaches. The receptionist was absolutely crass, inhuman and rude would be an understatement for him. He kept finding different reasons to harass us. Please do not stay here. Don't suffer like we suffered.

Excellent place to stay in budget. They have good room, good hygiene, walkable distance from Satellite Bus Stand Bengaluru.

Would have rated "zero" only if I had option, This is big scam that they do here!! Booked a stay for single day,payment was done online through Makemytrip. Whatever the amount was reflected to pay,was done properly. At the time of check-in,we were sent out from reception. Reason was " Rooms are being occupied and being sold out to OYO",the fact is-we paid for our stay and during check in and without informing us they've made someone else to stay in the room. They have no clue,what'll be done when stay gets cancelled at the last minute due to some random lame reasons. Nobody reached out to us on this context,also when we asked for refund or give other allocation-they refused to do both. Staff was real rude and arrogant.(Wish if I knew her name to raise a complaint). Worst customer service and hotel allocation. The all positive reviews are given my hotel receptionist while checkout. She even asked my phone to do so I refused and scolded nicely. Cons 1. Big rats are living inside the room. They eat my nike air max shoe and iPhone charge. 2. No hot water all time. 3. Staff is very rude especially night shift staff 4. AC poor maintenance 5. Parking problem. 6. Every time lift stops infront of reception it will make you unfortunately when your with your partner. 7.if you taking rooom for more than 1 day they never clean your room till your checkout. Overall I had a pathetic experience by staying here.
