Collection O Maruthi Residency Near Koyambedu Metro Station - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

This is our 2nd stay at the Maruthi Residency. Enjoyed both times immensely! The staff are engaged and cordial, the rooms are super clean, beds are comfy with crispy white sheets. Hotel facility is very good that provide you a large bed with good conditioned room... Bathroom is also very large. The rooms maintained neatly and spacious one.

Nothing.I didn't like at all. When we reached asked to pay extra like 600 per day. nThere is no facilities for water. Have to buy everytime.nnThe lift was not working. The AC was not working.nnFrom day one i complained about AC but not fixed in my 5 days stay.nnPlease remove these properties from Booking.com

I booked and paid full amount at OYO. But still hotel person asked 800 additional. I reached 1.00 pm night. I can't able to think alternative at such time. I paid additional 800 than OYO amount. Room is very old and bad smell. No water heater. Room is dusty and bed and pillow is almost brown in Color due to old and dusty. Worst experience ever I had before

The receptionist guy wa rude and made me to wait for more than 10 mins for check In, room room was stinking with full of cigarette smoke, bed and mattress were filled with bedbugs. Then don't even provide water bottle, bathing soap and they charged me when I asked for those things, AC doesn't work properly. Very bad experience and the room cost is also more here

The hotel don't have kitchen in house, the complementary breakfast is added in the bill but the hotel didn't provide anything. During the booking we specified till 8pm. But they told me to vacate at 11pm. Cleanliness was not upto the mark

although i have paid online via oyo, they were asking for extra money worth 400 without bill. i came there with family in night so i had no option apart from check in. this is worst hotel experience i have occurred in my life till date. i are not look like professional. also hotel in pathetic condition

got the room half hour late. room was filled of mosquitoes. bathroom door cannot be closed completely. i had to extend my stay for few more hours and didn't want to shift to another hotel with all the belongings, so extended my stay through oyo app, even then they rejected my extention, then oyo cancelled the extension. giving two stars only because the room ambience is decent for the money; however, i'd give negative marks for maintenance if it was possible.

I didn't even like the payment part with the hotel. In OYO even after booking they charged extra charges of additional 1000 for stay stating they will be getting only low cash from OYO. This is not acceptable and as it was the last and un time i accepted it due to stay.
