Very luxurious and spacious hotel. Loved the food here, the chef was very great. The pool and water park are also great and well maintained. The area was quiet and felt very close to nature.

Awesome experience! Very polite staff. Food is excellent and lot of open space all around. We had super fun. I strongly recommend to anyone wanting to have a short break at an hour's drive from Mumbai.

Stayed at the hotel for one day and it was an amazing experience. The staff is very polite. The food was also very delicious. Close to the beach and very peaceful. Would love to stay at the hotel again.

The stay was really great, cleanliness was maintained properly, they have centralized AC so you cannot control the temperature just can turn it off or on, the staff was really helpful, we even faced a total blackout like the electricity was gone but that was for just 5 to 10 minutes There are no stores around so take things accordingly and the food was really good in the hotel restaurant.

we have visited in july we enjoyed the food part, the view is also fine but we are not happy with the room service. 1. The bathroom flush is not working properly. 2. tv recharge was not done by you while check in. and even after recharge done the channel gets disable after each 2-3 min. 3. bed sheet was not clean and its stinks. 4. the towels were also torned. 5. curtain full of dust 6. There is no air freshner, as we had check-in in rainy season the room smells different. 7. swimming pool not cleaned. we engaged with customer service more for complaining such things, and while check-out procedure at reception there is calculation error by your team. The lady had charged us 78 rs extra, as she did wrong calculation. so kindly do some improvement in it. thank you.

Room size is big with balcony. Food was very nice. Overall good hotel in budget. Need to maintain properly. Staff was very polite & friendly.

The staff is so cooperative that you feel like a home. The owner is personally taking care of some operations so no issues about the service. Rooms are pretty good and well maintained. I would recommend family and corporate teams to enjoy at Martins Inn.

Would like to give zero review...as we booked a room in the hotel that too 1 month prior n then they called me n say that they have cancelled the booking as there is some wedding takin place in the hotel...how can they cancel our booking wen we have booked it on a prior notice... thats very unprofessional even aftr booking prior they was not able to provide the rooms.. please don't trust this hotel as they cancel the booking at last moment.
