Place is at a bit remote area where four wheeler can reach but driver has to be very careful. Rooms on ground floor are not good. Basic hygiene is not there. Towels given are dirty. Geezers are not working properly. Staff is supportive. Breakfast is not good.
Worst possible place to stay.Rooms stink,place is shabby and there are bird's droppings in the balcony.The staffeven tried to snatch my phone and post a 5 star review of this shady place.Just avoid this place at any cost.The pillow covers are torn,sheets stink and they do not have the basic amenities required in a room.
Worse these guys are posting 5 star reviews by duping their guests by taking their phones and posting false reviews.
Further ,the place doesn't look like the photos they have posted on net.Do not book this place if you are going to stay with your family or kids.This is actually a C-grade marriage garden located near the bye-pass and the owner has added few rooms for other purposes (one will understand what I mean).

My tour agent had booked this for me. While i reached there by road from dalhousie found this resort on highway very far from amritsar city. Its an isolated place. Immediatly from the main gate of resort i called my agent to change the hotel which is m.a.international. This is same owner's property not worth staying
The worst accommodation we were into during our trip. The room was untidy. Enough mosquitoes to disturb your sleep. No TV, No blankets and not even a waste basket!.
Hot water and food service is good . I like this place .. I love the born fire concept and area is so big for the parking
