Reception Managers are very rude and denied checkin saying money has to be paid cash instead of booking through OYO. When asked to know why and cancel OYO booking they say they do not know OYO. If ask few more details to check mobile they threaten people
Room was not ventilated & they don't serve drinking water also which is basic thing now a days everyone offers,room was stinky foul smell when requested them they sprayed room freshner staff was not helpful neither they have knowledge about anything AC working at 16 still no cooling only 1 thing good as my stay was for couple of Days they charged me nominal on request.
