Never ever suggest this hotel for stay. Very bad experience from my recent visit. Zero service, dirty dark rooms, no proper water flow is a washroom. Don't waste your money.

SCAMMERS ALERT! Booked room through oyo paid 644 . When we went there hotel people asked for extra money and their behaviour was very rude so we didn't check in. We called oyo for refund the hotel people weren't attending calls. That's how according to oyo policy they were claiming we checked out so refund is not possible.

Very Very BAD BAD BAD experience. Horrible experience. Tried 8-10 times to get a call connection to reception. After travelling for 8 hrs in the car, I reached by 10.30 PM with my family. I booked a AC room, when reached there they updated me saying AC rooms r not there. It is a mistake in website ( AGODA) , they are not ready to give AC room for this price , have to give more money like 400-500 extra. The environment was not a family friendly one, so we decided to go back. Not a single penny got refunded too from their side. if going with family please dont take this place.

the atmosphere of the room was too bad and couldn't bear it. we booked 2 rooms for an offer price and when we checked in there were no receptionists and it took so long to attend and after that they charged an extra amount of original amount saying that the app is incorrect with the offer price and due to helplessness we booked the room and the room provided was not clean and we found the remains of condom packets under the bed. The personality of the staff was not pleasing to the customer, unhygienic, demanded extra money other than the app and we couldn't reach the customer care services at need

Pls don't choose this room now, I booked 3 AC rooms in oyo for my family and once we reach there by night they told in that price they can't provide AC room and make complaint in customer care and get another hotel. And it was very ugly and bad rooms which looks like it was closed for 1 year.

I booked 2 AC rooms (Jun 11 to Jun 13) in OYO Flagship collection lala homes 83702 (ID VIH64043). But reception guy told currently AC rooms are not available due to ac repair. 5 ac rooms got complaint at same time. And also they told if u need support, contact OYO & we are not responsible for your stay. We didnt get any help or support from them. Extremely bad behavior from reception guy and worst experience ever.

The most ugly Oyo ever, rooms are too bad and they ask for extra 500 per room when reaching there and behaviour of boys are too bad . Stay away even if they offer the room for free of cost, it's so terribly mad

very dirty and comfortable. Service boy behaviour is not good.If you book through online applications and reach there, they will charge double the money.They will check the moment we reach there and that time we can't cancel the booking through the app
