Experience in this hotel was horrible. Staff was untrained, behaviour was rude sevice was very poor. They charged me for 10 AM early check in although OYO staff told me there will be no charge for early check in. There was no towel, no soap and no water in toilet at 10:00 AM. Fan in the room was sounding like a horror movie sound. OYO should look into this and take necessary steps.

They ask me for extra money room was not clean door lock was broken small hole I found in lock if you read this review please be aware whenever you go

I checked in room no. 202. The room lock from inside was broken so I got stuck and was not able to open the door. I called room service which was quick and helped me unlock the door again. The bedsheets were dirty and unsanitized. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and it wasn't provided upon requesting either. The geyser in the room was also bot working but when I called reception, the guy arranged hot water in a bucket. I am still giving 3 star rating because because the whole hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Two stars are getting cut due to owner's negligence and gor not keeping the property tidy.

I had pathetic experience. I booked and chose the option of Room rent along with breakfast and paid the amount in advance. I reached the hotel on Thursday night by 10:45pm & observed that the room was very dirty and the bedsheets and blankets were used and once I requested them to change the bedsheets,they have refused with the excuse that they don't have another clean bedsheet and blankets.Same time I requested to provide towel, they given hand towel that they don't have.It was chilly weather in Delhi and the geyser was not functioning. Most pathetic experience once they told that after the covid no in-house kitchen facility is available, so they won't provide breakfast for what I already paid.Once I told that it has been mentioned in their property details,but they that talk to customer care not them.So the next day once I connected OYO it was Property was under OYO But didn't understand and listened to my bad experience and did not agree to refund breakfast amount , I didn't receive according to my booking.But they & responded very rudely. So now I want the complete refund of this booking.

My experience is very bad here! I booked this hotel and paid the full amount. When I visited the hotel the manager charged me extra 500 Rs without any reason and he told that you paid less amount that's why I have to charge you extra. He also denied to provide me invoice of the amount he charged. After all this the hotel room literally very bad as compared to the price he charged. Wifi was not working. Landline is not working TV was not workingWhen I tried to order food, he said the kitchen is closed. Such a disgusting hotel. Never book this again.

It was a pathetic experience ever with oyo, hotel was in too hilarious condition, in terms of hygiene I rate this hotel 10 out of 0, I stayed there 3 nights there is no room service, room cleaning when I spoke to them regarding room cleaning they straight away denied too me, In the washroom there is no towels and soap even gyesar is not working, there is too much instructions. Dustbin was full of dust but no buddy is ready get dustbin empty, I can say alot but I don't want waste my energy to speak about it. But I have very humble request to oyo please if you are promising for something then get those things available fir customer that,s your job too get these things done. I have not seen the most messy hotel and useless staff anywhere. The room was so dirty that I could not tell. There was nothing like towel yo kit etc. TV connection was also cut My worst stay was this hotel stay

Location is very interior, Nothing to eat nearby. Even after booking is confirmed They ask for extra money. Bathroom was leaking, jet was not working, No towel nothing, Worst experience overall. Asked to checkout at 12, hotel manager directly refused.
