Dirtiest hotel i have ever seen, The chairs in the reception were not clean enough to sit, the staff eats paan masala and they stink so much that you have to maintain 2 arms distance from them at least. The lift wasn't working and i had to climb some three floors to even reach to the room. The room was stinking so bad, that i had a headache in just 2 minutes, the walls had stains all over. I had already paid for the hotel and when i asked for refund they refused but the hotel was so dirty that i didn't stay in the hotel anyway.

Extremely polite and courteous staff, cleanliness was maintained.. Good customer service. And mainly its located in a best location and is very spacious , surrounded by garden. The word Parktel really suits this hotel as it has parks all around. Hygenic food provided. Best hotel ever seen in delhi ncr and i will visit again and recomment this to all my dear ones.

If possible i will not give this hotel even one star. It was my sister's wedding and my stay there was pathetic. At first when all my guests arrived, not even single was cleaned and prepared. Food was not ready on time. Rooms where not clean, when you enter rooms you can observe some very bad smell all over around the room. Staff was not efficient or helping for anything. Food which we asked the manager was supposed to be cooked in pure desi ghee for which they charged us a lot of money. We visited the kitchen to complain that nothing is being prepared in ghee, and we observed that kitchen was not cleaned for a month, it was covered in "KICHAD" and there was no sign of desi ghee, in fact they cooked food in dalda ghee all this time. They served stale chai in morning to my guests which was very humiliated. The owner himself was so rude and was not available for any justification. I request everyone to avoid staying in this hotel.

Worst experience of hotel service. Water stops every now and then. Power back ups don't work properly. No housekeeping service. If you ask for tea they will give you after 10 calls. No breakfast before 8 AM. No choice of breakfast. Horrible quality of food with high price. Even to give 1 bottle of water they will take 1 hour. Never recommend this hotel to anybody

Awesome hotel with courteous staff and extremely beautiful hotel rooms & cleanliness maintained. Greenery all around , Hotel was surrounded by beautiful lawns . Lawns were spacious so we can arrange birthday party's and ceremonies there. Breakfast was tasty and the service Staff's were very kind. I really enjoyed being here and would recommend everyone to try visiting this hotel once.

This was the worst experience i ever had. I already had my booking, but after reaching the hotel there weren't rooms available, and the ones which were available were entirely dirty and messed up. And to my surprise they add on to it as the ACs were not working and the door locks too. Would never recommend anyone to go for this hotel. They show you something else in the pictures and the place is horrible. You can't stay, the stairs stills looks as if it's under construction and the god knows how many years old building is this. The worst one i have come across!!!

Nice hotel in indrapuram to stay, staff is good and helpful, services are good, have a look before taking your room as in its 60% chances that your ac door or l8s not working, but they repair it quickly.chilled water is provided which i like the most in hot summer. have a nice dinning area, food was ok but nice ambience to have a great breakfast dor your great day.

The hotel is located in Indra puran. It is a decent hotel with very great food . Rooms are neat and clean and are well maintained. The staff behaviour is also good. It is one of the decent hotel for personal stay. The restaurant is also good and the quality of food is great
