Even giving 1 star for this hotel is very high. I have booked a AC Room through OYO and they provided me 301 Room, There is just a AC machine which doesnot work and the rooms are very unhygienic. There are cockroaches, beg bugs and even bathroom are also very unhygienic. When I asked to change room where AC is working they asked me to pay extra, even after reaching out to oyo customer care there is no use. So overall experience with this hotel is very bad, never recommend anyone to book rooms in this hotel
The name of the hotel is not Collection O Tiara as appears in your site. It was its earlier name and they changed it years back. But, still the same name appears in your site which was quite confusing and unnecessarily wasted time to locate the hotel. Neither the Hotel nor OYO bothered to update the name of the Hotel at website which is deplorable and goes against the basic principles of marketing and customer service.
Very Bad behaviour by the staff. It was mentioned like couple friendly hotel. But the receptionist questioning like police. Very bad behavior and very very bad service. Please do not choose this.
The hotel is very dirty and untidy. Rooms are smelling and bedsheets are used and dirty.
The rooms are great for the price they offer but the only reason I go here is because I trust them. I love the hospitality. They never judge us and respect our privacy. The room service is great. My last visit i left my charger behind and they made sure they kept it safely for me to come and get it back.

I have booked and paid in Oyo but asked 600 rs extra at hotel. Even Oyo is not updated their price in its app and show less amount. And in app complimentary breakfast is mentioned but there is no such complimentary. But Room was good.
They are asking extra money, around 500 per night. Room was big, but some smell and the curtains are not good. Not provided any water bottle, towels, bathroom kits etc. Just provided room only. Requires OYO to resolve this extra money issues entirely. It is really bad and gives worthless to book rooms inOYO
