The rooms were so dirty, smoking cigarettes smelled... Dirty bedsheet and pillow... Unhygienic bathroom, no room service, don't provide water, neither toiletries, bad staff behaviour, neither bathroom was clean, shower was not working.... There were no lights in the bathroom, in every wall there were spots of pan and beetle.... Unsafe for girls.... Very bad location.... Expensive and no facilities.... Poor service.... Nothing is good.... looting the customer.... No pocket friendly.
The manager is a crook, he takes the booking on the said prices from Oyo app for A/c room and at the location says the AC in the hotel is not working and offers non a/c room. Then from inside the hotel a couple came and when I asked about the AC they said that they are working perfectly. Then the manager starts saying I can't give you Ac room at the quoted price and starts rambling about his expenses to his friend. Will not recommend this hotel
I stayed here for one day and 1- light was gone 4 time and there is no inverter or generator for electricity. 2- no food service. I have to ask many time for a bottle of water. 3- crew was not even polite. 4- i had ac room booked, but i came earlier before 12pm. I paid them extra for my extra stay but they gave me non ac room for whole day. 5- bed and pillow cover was smelling.
Though staffs are friendly , the rooms are poorly managed . Booked AC room through Oyo had to settle for non AC as manager does not want to give AC room at that price.
Don't Book through OYO, there is no such hotel.. they have closed the property and your money will be stuck like mine, not getting a refund too..Please be careful.
The worst property I've stayed in , charged extra amount , gave torn bedsheets and towels , fans not working , even drinking water wasn't available which is a violation of sarai act , should never stay at this property the manager should feel shame on him so does the staff
