WE BOOKED A ROOM OFFLINE IN SUPREME BUT THEY GV US BAD ROOM THAT TO SUITE ROOM FOR HONEY MOON COUPLE WHEN WE WENT TO TALK WITH FRONT DESK BOY HE WAS BZY IN PUBG GAME NO RESPONSE VERY VERY NAD EXPERIENCE HERE

The hotel was pleasant and good to see from outside the rooms were also neat and clean but slowly slowly I have seen the cockroaches come out of the bed and pillows ..there were tiny minute cockroaches all over the floor washroom and there were bugs in the complete bed which disturbed the entire night. Then immediately I have starting seeing the reviews and many of the them complainted the same lots of bugs in the bed. The water in the pool was also very dirty. I will not suggest anyone to check in the hotel

Very pathatic room.. And service is too in this price. Better then u can stay in lodge or dormitory.. They are making fool at the name of hotel..

Rooms are okay but not justified by the price.. And water is not available during the morning period. Food is not up to standard. And their hospitality is too pathetic.

One of the most disgusting place I've ever lived in. Never recommend any of the event planner who want to stay here. There's water problem. Bed bugs and cockroaches are there Swimming pool water is dirty.

Nice hotel, you should book your room before going there. If you have taken complementary breakfast then it's available in morning otherwise you have to pay 99 for each person. They provide good breakfast. Rooms was neat and clean. Staff was good. It's near to Rail track so you will listen train sounds. They not provide food options in late night.

I have stayed here with my family on 27th July 2017. Its situated next to very popular Shree Damodar Temple in Vasco the gama. I had booked Deluxe Room here but since I Re-Scheduled my flight timing, I was to reach in the hotel late in the night cutring down the stay time to nearly 1/3. So they shifted (or gifted ;) me to the "Presidents-Suit". A truely good gesture from the Hotel authorities.. a big round of applause from me. Hotel is situated near Temple, Station & Market. Airport is 4.5 KM. Surroundings is clean and neat. Service was ok. AC cooling was good in all 3 Rooms, Toilets were clean, Rooms are clean and neat. So 7 out of 10 for Presidents Suit. This suit has 2 adjacent galleries attached so the view is great. You can see a bit of sea view with couple of big ships roaming with chairs to sit on with complimentry Newspaper. Water bottles were complimentry but food was not so haven't tasted it. Overall if you are looking for good family stay with middle range pricing this is the hotel to look for.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days from 09 April 2019. Was given Room 302 which was smelling of recent fumigation, when we lifted the bed sheets to relax a bit there were bugs running on the bed sheet. Complained to reception and we were moved to 502. Nice room but full of small cockroaches in the toilet and bedroom. Pool was dirty. Ordered prawn noodles, dish came with tiny particles of prawns (in Goa where prawns are aplenty). Complained to chef who was rude. What a bad experience. Could not leave hotel as I had paid full amount. Saving grace was the staff who was understanding and most accommodating except housekeeping manager Mr. Alex who was not bothered. Would give this hotel a miss unless they spruce themselves up.
