Absolutely disgusting , even after the booking is confirmed the hotel denied check in to 3-4 customers just because we all booked using a discount coupon . They needs a high price booking. Never ever book it via OYO. Total harrasment .
Rooms are in terrible state. Bed linen looks 1000 years old, tattered and stained. Hotel staff look so shabby and unhygienic, you wouldn't want them cleaning your room while you are present in the room. But they are good at heart and polite. So I'm guessing their unhygienic look is the management's fault. The receptionist, Bipin, took pride in informing me that he prefers giving rooms for short stays, like for a couple of hours, several times a day, which in itself explained a lot about the kind of people frequenting this place.
The location was good. The rooms were ok, and also there was a lot of smoking in the location. The management should take care to ensure that if you publicise it as family friendly stays, they also keep it as such.
This room for the price of Rs1,750/- Is pathetic the. The room isn't tidy nor are the beds. The geyser is not working. I booked this property on Goibibo for Rs1,500 and since my wife forgot her to carry physical ID at home. They charged an additional amount of Rs. 218 and when asked for bill they say only the one available online is final, no other bill will be provided. I wonder who makes these rules. Even the RTO accept digital ID cards nowadays. This property is disappointing. I won't recommend this property to anyone.
Pathetic OYO service. We already paid the pre-booking amount and traveled all the way from Mumbai with our luggage. However, when we reached the hotel reception, they declined our booking, stating that our booking amount was too low. They quoted their own amount and refused to book it through OYO. I recommend never using OYO.
Very bad hotel. Do not go with the pics. The place is very unhygienic. Definitely not worth anything more than Rs600 per day.
The staff was very polite. Location wise 10 out of 10. Rooms are 9 out of 10 but service is lightning fast.
Don't stay here! It's a place of scam and the rooms are nowhere close to how they looks in the pictures.. it resembles a hostel!
