Poor hygiene, torn out bedsheets, flies inside the room noisy AC
Not so good. They ran out of clean bed sheets. Towards the beginning had difficulty in finding the room that had a clean bathroom. Nearly all rooms have a smell of dampness and you need to get used the same while staying there. Staff needs to constantly reminded of any requests. Advantage is close proximity to the Kanpur Railway station.
Very bad service. I am very unhappy with the services. Rooms were very dirty.. they didn't turned on the AC after saying no of times.They charge extra. Avoid to book this hotel for your next visit.
average experience I have booked this oyo hotel for 2 night I reached hotel at 5.30 pm and manager said I have no booking confirmation of your booking I said I paid already for two nights and he said I also not accept prepaid booking then I call customer care after so much conversation with customer care and that manager he ready to allow me for check in .now come to the room small room no WiFi , television but no cable or dish TV connection,Ac controlled by hotel staff only,garbage in front of rooms, water comes in bathroom very muddy now come to main point parking,parking is mention in hotel amenities but their is not proper parking I park my bike in front of hotel beside very busy road ...very disappointed by oyo
